| LNG is one of the main energy sources in China.The LNG purification process is relatively complex and involves many types of hazardous chemicals.It faces many challenges.This article took the hazardous and harmful factors of LNG purification plant as the research object,qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to identification and evaluate the hazardous and hazardous factors,proposes corresponding rectification measures based on the evaluation results.The main research content of this article are as follows:Firstly,the literature reviewed domestic and foreign literature on the status of hazardous LNG hazard identification and assessment,compared various types of evaluation methods,selected qualitative and quantitative methods which suitabled for the company’s evaluation of hazardous and hazardous factors,and divided its evaluation unit according to the operating characteristics of a LNG purification plants.Secondly,based on the investigation of the natural and social environment,buildings,equipment,facility layout,and surrounding environment of a LNG purification plant,harmful factors were identified and analyzed of possible dangers from hazardous materials,production and operation processes,natural disasters,and safety management.Thirdly,based on the identification and analysis of hazardous and harmful factors in the a LNG purification plant,combining the characteristics of the enterprise,the safety checklist method was used to conduct compliance safety assessments of laws and regulations,equipment and facilities,management training and chemical units;The simulated analysis method and LEC evaluation method were used for the quantitative comparative evaluation of LNG leak fires and explosions.The Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and LEC were used to quantitatively compare the methanol leak fires and explosions.The results showed that all evaluation units meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations,and the quantitative evaluation results were in line with the actual conditions of the plant.Finally,based on the above evaluation results,targeted measures were put forward for the LNG purification plants to prevent the leakage of dangerous chemical,fire,and explosion measures,and to improve the safe production operation status of the a LNG purification plant. |
