Aiming at a spaceport ASU system backward,leading to low productivity such as long running serious wear and energy consumption increase is large,unstable health problems.On the basis of extensive research,according to the basic principles of air separation plants,analysis of the whole device and the status of the subsystem,found problems in the various parts and the main factors affecting productivity.On this basis,overall improvement of the design of air separation equipment,adjusted processes and technological parameters of each subsystem.On the basis of the previous process and equipment,increase the cooling system to reduce the original tower temperature,structure complex was redesigned to improve water circulation system,improving starting efficiency,cleaner and its subsidiary pipelines and heat treatment of increased heating equipment must drop,low energy consumption of equipment,redesigning the distillation system internal processes,improving cooling efficiency.While industrial distributed control system based on PLC and designs remote manual/automatic.Design of improved unit test machine running and production efficiencies have been significantly improved,to achieve the desired purpose.
