| Green innovation activities play a very important role in promoting corporate sustainability.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to environmental issues and the transformation and development of enterprises,especially the transformation and upgrading of energy enterprise development models and supply-side reforms.Coal enterprises are one of the key transformation targets of the state.On the one hand,the green innovation of coal enterprises can enable them to win the harmonious development of economic,social and environmental benefits and make it get progress all the time;on the other hand,it can reduce pollution for the society and respond to the country’s call for environmental protection.However,the green innovation path of coal enterprises is difficult,there is no fixed implementation model,and high technical requirements are unavoidable.The academic community has already touched on the field of green innovation of resource-based enterprises.Enterprise performance is the best evaluation index for green innovation activities of enterprises,and it is a hot issue in the field of green innovation.Green innovation can bring the economic performance and social performance in addition to the past.External environmental performance,so environmental performance is the most direct indicator of corporate sustainable development and corporate green innovation.Secondly,green innovation ability as an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises is one of the influencing factors of environmental performance.However,at present,there is relatively little research on the impact of green innovation on environmental performance based on the ability of green innovation.Therefore,this paper will study the impact of green innovation on environmental performance based on green innovation capabilities.Through reading the relevant literatures on domestic and foreign research about the paper’s subject,the author first put forward a conceptual model of green innovation capability,green innovation,environmental performance and green organization identification and proposes corresponding hypotheses.Secondly,this paper takes Shanxi coal enterprises as the research object,and uses the statistical analysis software to carry out empirical research on the 328 valid questionnaires recovered,and obtains the verification results of the hypothesis.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of environmental performance of Shanxi coal enterprises were put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Green innovation ability and its two dimensions have positive effects on environmental performance.(2)Green innovation capability and its two dimensions can make green innovation be better.(3)Green innovation can make environmental performance be better.(4)Green innovation plays a mediating role between green innovation capability and its dimensions and environmental performance.(5)Green organization identification plays a regulatory role between green innovation capability and green innovation.This paper supplements the research on green innovation and enriches the theory of green innovation.It helps Shanxi coal enterprises to further understand the important impact of green innovation capacity on environmental performance and the important role of green innovation in improving the environmental performance of Shanxi coal enterprises.It is possible to embark on the path of sustainable development. |
