Measurement Method Research Of River Basin Ecological Compensation Value Of Lake Dian Of Kunming

As an indispensable basic resource for human survival,water resources are of great importance in the ecological environment system.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous expansion of the population,water pollution has become an urgent issue.On the one hand,industrial emissions such as manufacturing and manufacturing have intensified during the economic development process;on the other hand,the number of people growing year by year has caused the aquatic ecosystem to load more living pollutants.As a result,economic development continues to increase pollution of the water environment,and the deterioration of the water ecosystem has constrained the pace of economic development.The two have been hampered by social and economic development and pollution control.In response to this problem,it is imperative to establish a long-term mechanism to promote ecological protection and construction.The Dianchi Lake Basin is one of the most important population and economic gathering places in Yunnan Province and an important watershed area in the region.Dianchi pollution problems and governance processes continue to affect the economic development of the region and the ecological environment of the basin.This paper takes the DianchiLake Basin as the main research object,and studies the ecological compensation problem of Dianchi Lake Basin,which is widely concerned from the perspective of ecological environment value measurement.Firstly,through systematic analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and scientifically defining relevant core concepts,and summarizing the current practice of basin ecological compensation at home and abroad,the basic method of measuring the ecological compensation value of the watershed is determined.Secondly,through the combing and induction of the environmental replacement cost method,a model for measuring the compensation value of the ecological environment of the basin type is built.On this basis,the calculation criteria were further selected,the model formula was refined,and the overall accounting framework of the ecological compensation value measurement of Kunming Dianchi Lake was constructed.The ecological value compensation of Dianchi Lake Basin was quantitatively analyzed.Finally,combined with a series of government documents and pollution control measures in Kunming Dianchi,the accounting framework system was used to calculate the 2017 environmental ecological value compensation of Kunming Dianchi Lake.Combine the pollutants to reduce the index and subdivide the ecological compensation amount,and calculate the scientific and accurate ecological compensationvalue.And compare the specific compensation for the current river ecological compensation mechanism in Dianchi,and give policy advice.
