In a new era,People have increasing demand for inhabitant environment while their needs of material life are met.Additionally,with the continuous development of the comprehensive transportation system,the assessment and control of traffic noise have also attracted wide attention from the academic community and the general public.Throughout the study of traffic noise problems home and abroad,the research results mainly focused on the urban traffic noise,which have been relatively mature.However,the research on mobile pollution sources such as high-speed rail traffic noise is far less enough.It is even rarer to combine urban planning management with high-speed rail traffic noise abatement.In view of the vigorous development of China's high-speed railway,the control method of high-speed railway noise and the standard system of noise control need to be improved.Firstly,based on the understanding of relevant theories and noise reduction technology,this thesis mainly regarded a residential land along the Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed railway as the research object.Also,it evaluates the acoustic environment of typical land use through field measurement and computer simulation noise prediction,which reveals the impact of the current high-speed railway traffic noise on the residential land along the route.Moreover,it analyzes the noise problems existing in the residential land along the Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed railway as well.The research results can provide experience for the improvement of outdoor acoustic environment in other railway transportation areas.Then,from the perspective of acoustic environment assessment,this thesis combines noise control with the layout of urban planning to explore the layout of planning land along the high-speed railway.Through the method of computer simulation prediction and field measurement,the width of the isolation belt between various land function zones and the Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed railway under different conditions is discussed.The research results can provide reference for urban planning,urban spatial acoustic environment management and noise abatement.The research content can help improve the refined management of urban planning.Finally,this thesis takes the residential buildings along the Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed railway as the research object.Through the measurement data of different heights of the building,the distribution regularity of the high-speed railway noise in the vertical space is analyzed,which provides a basis for the targeted sound insulation and noise reduction along the high-speed railway.
