CNC machine tools have become the foundation of today's advanced manufacturing industry due to their adaptability,high efficiency,high precision and stable quality.Under the rapid development of several decades,the manufacturing capability of CNC machine tools has been greatly improved,and the numerical control technology has also developed rapidly.Advances in the numerical control technology have also placed higher professional requirements on manufacturers that produce and use machine tools.When the computer controls the movement of the machine tool,it needs to receive the state information feedback of the machine tool in real time,so as to make timely adjustments,and at the same time,the operator has mastered the condition of the machine tool,which produces the most original machine condition monitoring system.When the machine tool fails,the traditional method is that the machine tool user should contact the machine tool manufacturer in time.The manufacturer sends a special technician to the production site to diagnose and repair the fault condition,and the machine tool manufacturer needs to regularly repair the machine tool in use.This kind of after-sales method is costly and time-consuming.Therefore,it is planned to design a new CNC machine monitoring system that requires detailed knowledge of the working state of the machine at the far end and alarms when the machine fails.Based on the actual needs of machine tool manufacturers,this paper designs a set of solutions from the existing technology and realizes the remote monitoring system of the machine tool,so that system administrators and machine tool users can see the work status of the machine on the system and receive a fault alarm.The main realization of this paper is the display and processing of the machine state data after it is stored in the database.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The research status of machine tool monitoring system at home and abroad is analyzed.The research object and specific technical requirements of this paper are determined from the actual demand and task division of the project.(2)Through the full investigation and reference of existing programs in the field,select specific technical solutions,.That is,4G network realizes remote data transmission with communication protocol,and database realizes data storage,processing and display with back-end development language.And analyze the working principle and feasibility of each part of the plan.(3)Compare the various technical methods involved in each part of the plan,select the most suitable development tools and platforms,including MQTT protocol,MySQL database,ThinkPHP framework,Bootstrap framework.And ensure that the cost of project development is reasonable,easy to maintain,easy to expand and upgrade.(4)Design and code the software part of the system,and perform unit test and integration test on the Web system to ensure the development quality of the system.(5)Summarize the characteristics and advantages of the system,analyze the areas that can be improved,and forecast the future upgrade direction of the system.
