Oil industry comprises upstream,midstream and downstream,including all aspects of oil and gas exploration and development,transportation and oil and gas pipeline construction,oil and gas refining and other effective synergy together which can achieve effective functioning of the entire oil and gas industry chain.Among them,the oil and gas pipeline construction projects with high-tech difficulty,high investment,high risk,long cycle characteristics,complete with features of the project.It is the unique characteristics of oil and gas pipeline projects,in order to ensure that the project schedule requirements within the scope in accordance with the effective implementation of project planning,need to use the PMBOK the project implementation schedule control,so as to ensure the project on time and quality completion.In this paper,the progress of the project management and the theories and methods of control applied to the Petroleum Pipeline Bureau built QT crude oil pipeline project in the analysis and research,the specific contents include: First,the background of oil QT oil and gas pipeline projects to determine research purpose,significance,and determined by a literature review of the contents of this paper,basic research methods and technical route;Secondly,QT gas pipeline project progress control of the basic theory and related concepts are introduced and explained;third according to the progress status of the oil pipeline project QT were analyzed by QT pipeline project progress plan combined practice,on the status of project development,and through the gap analysis shows that many problems exist in this project.Combined with the actual business progress of the project,indicating the feasibility of QT challenge completed according to plan and present.Thereafter,the QT gas pipeline project implementation progress control and analysis.By earned value analysis,gap analysis,project schedule control points were found and analyzed three aspects are controlled from schedule control,cost control and construction,and were given the key factors that control of the above control.Finally,the progress of the oil and gas pipeline projects QT control countermeasures.
