Study On Ecological Security And Ecological Compensation Of Wetland In Baiyangdian Watershed

Wetland ecosystem is one of the important natural ecosystems,which has many ecological values,such as water storage,irrigation,climate regulation,improvement of ecological environment and protection of ecological diversity.However,under the influence of economic development and population increase,the inflow of wetland water into Baiyangdian River Basin decreases year by year,hydrological conditions have undergone important changes,and the ecological function of wetland tends to weaken.Moreover,due to the lack of sufficient understanding of wetland ecological value,in the process of wetland ecosystem evolution,intense human activities lead to the destruction of wetland ecosystem,threatening the security of wetland ecosystem,and then affecting the social and economic development.Ecological compensation is an important measure to protect and control the regional ecological environment.Improving the ecological compensation standard,methods and measures through ecological security evaluation is not only helpful to improve the awareness of wetland ecological security protection,but also become the key to strengthen the intrinsic power of wetland protection.Therefore,it is of great significance to objectively evaluate the ecological security of wetland and improve the ecological compensation mechanism on the basis of it,which is of great significance to improve the cognition of wetland protection and protect the security of wetland ecosystem.Based on the objective evaluation of wetland ecological security,this paper relies on the Baiyangdian basin wetland survey data,analyzes the influencing factors affecting the wetland ecological compensation willingness,and then explores the effective path of the wetland ecological compensation mechanism.Firstly,the statistical data of the past ten years are collated,and the ecological security of the Baiyangdian River Basin is measured by the threedimensional ecological footprint method.The conclusion shows that the ecological security status of the Baiyangdian River Basin is not optimistic.It is realistic and urgent to improve the ecological compensation mechanism and enhance the awareness of ecological protection.The per capita ecological deficit is in an inverted U-shaped development trend,showing an upward trend from 2007 to 2012 and a downward trend from 2012 to 2016.Then,this paper uses the field research data to empirically analyze the local residents’ ecological compensation willingness,and analyzes the influencing factors of the wetland ecological compensation mechanism.The conclusions show that the environmental status,environmental awareness,the impact of the environment on life and the effect of ecological compensation,and the expected payment amount of residents have a significant impact on the willingness to ecological compensation;the degree of education,propaganda,and ecological compensation accounting methods have a general impact on the willingness to ecological compensation.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions of ecological security,explore its important role in formulating differentiated ecological compensation standards and enriching ecological compensation methods,and combined with the analysis of influencing factors of ecological compensation willingness,analyze the shortcomings in wetland ecological security protection,and improve the residents’ ecology.Countermeasures for protecting the ecological security of wetlands are proposed in terms of safety protection awareness,rational resource development and utilization,and improvement of ecological compensation mechanisms.
