In recent years,with the continuous expansion of petrochemical production capacity,higher requirements for equipment inspection,management and maintenance had been put forward by refinery plants.In addition,the management philosophy of long-term safe operation of the refineries had been also proposed by PetroChina and Sinopec.However,the current inspection and maintenance methods of pressure vessels and industrial pipelines of domestic petrochemical enterprises belonged to planned preventive maintenances.The inspection of static equipments was generally carried out in accordance with the regulations requirements.The diversification of crude oil had intensified the hidden dangers of the equipments.In order to solve the above problems,the dynamic risk management and predictive inspection technology for static equipment of petrochemical plant has been proposed.This method contains three parts,such as the basic database,dynamic risk calculation approach and predictive inspection technology.Integrated dynamic risk analysis and predictive inspection technology methods,the dynamic risk calculation software is developed based on the B/S architecture.Then the dynamic risk and predictive inspection application platform have been established.Meanwhile,two sets of typical petrochemical plants are selected and the dynamic risk management methods are applied.The results prove that the established method can meet the requirements of long-term operation management of the equipments.Therefore,it is of great meaning that the proposed method can help to reduce the contradiction between the inspection resource waste,downtime and inspection workload,reduce the management risk and reduce the security risks.
