With the rapid development of the market economy and the renewal of science and technology,enterprise culture,as an important management theory and working method of modern enterprises,has attracted more and more attention from academic circles and business circles at home and abroad.Based on the theory of enterprise culture and the theory of enterprise life cycle,this paper takes XX company as an analysis sample and combines its strategic objectives and business priorities at different stages.This paper describes and discusses the strategic objectives,business strategies and corresponding enterprise culture construction at each stage of the life cycle of XX companies,and discusses and studies the matching relationship and evolution of enterprise culture and enterprise development strategy at each stage of the life cycle of enterprises.In order to realize the high quality development goal of the new era of enterprises and extend the life cycle of enterprises,a new perspective of enterprise culture research based on the life cycle of enterprises is put forward.Through a systematic study of the interaction between enterprise culture and development strategy at different stages of the enterprise life cycle,the two theories of enterprise culture and enterprise life cycle are extended from different perspectives.Through the analysis of each stage of the life cycle of the enterprise by XX company,and the analysis of the environment,the culture of the enterprise that matches each stage is described systematically.By combining the theory of the life cycle of an enterprise with the theory of enterprise culture,the characteristics of the operation and the culture of the company that are suitable for each stage of the life cycle of XX company are described in detail,and the mutual restraint between the enterprise culture and the development strategy is obtained.The relationship between enterprise culture and the development strategy is mutual influence and mutual promotion,when the corporate culture conforms to the company’s strategic goals and business strategies,it will promote the sustainable development of the company,and otherwise it will hinder the development of the company.Therefore,it can be used to provide reference for relevant enterprises in judging the adaptability and cultural changes of their cultures.It is of great practical significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
