Sheet forming hydraulic presses are widely used in various fields of industrial production to press sheet metal into mechanical parts with different cross-sectional shapes and geometric shapes.At present,the domestic sheet forming hydraulic press is mainly composed of single cylinder,double cylinder and other structural forms.The structural form is single and the load action is uneven,resulting in different pressing depth,unstable quality and high rejection rate of sheet forming,which is difficult to meet the design requirements.In this paper,high precision and large tonnage sheet forming hydraulic press is taken as the research object,and CAE simulation technology is combined to realize the simulation optimization design of the main machine performance of sheet forming hydraulic press.In this thesis,the mechanical design theory calculation and finite element simulation analysis method are used to analyze the hydraulic transmission form,the arrangement form and quantity of working cylinders,the loading mode of hydraulic cylinders,the comb-shaped moving distance locking structure,and the O-shaped plate of the main machine frame of the sheet forming hydraulic press.Based on the mechanical design theory and the designed number of master cylinders,the partition layout and loading method of the master cylinders are proposed,and the array distribution and partition control design of the cylinders are realized.Through mechanical design theory and simulation analysis method,the load bearing analysis of the main parts and the whole machine of the large sheet forming press is realized.Based on the analysis results,the main parts of the initial design scheme of the sheet forming press are optimally designed.Based on the simulation results and the actual processing requirements,this thesis designs an array type working cylinder,which makes the pressing force of the worktable evenly distributed and realizes the requirements of sheet forming with large projection area and high precision.The subarea control design of the array type oil cylinder realizes that the pressing area can be adjusted as required,and the pressing operation can be carried out in the best way to adapt to the sheet forming and pressing periods of different geometric shapes;The application of comb-shaped moving distance locking technology greatly reduces the working stroke of the ultra-high pressure working cylinder,reduces the pressure accumulation time of ultra-high pressure oil,shortens the pressing period,improves the pressing efficiency and reduces the energy consumption of the hydraulic press.The optimal design of the transition fillet at the contact between the O-shaped upper and lower crossbeams of the main frame and the upright posts solves the problem of stress concentration at the transition fillet of the main frame overlapped by a plurality of steel plates and reduces the overall stress of the frame.Finally,the whole machine of the multi-cylinder sheet forming hydraulic press is checked,and it is verified that the improved design scheme meets the structural strength and rigidity design requirements of the sheet forming hydraulic press,and the sheet pressing precision is improved.
