Poisonous and harmful gases are like a double-edged sword.On the one hand,these gases are needed for industrial production,and on the other hand,they are difficult to store.Once leaked,it can be fatal to people.Wireless sensor network technology,as the hardware foundation for the development of the Internet of Things technology,is an important tool for improving the intelligent level of production and life.To solve the problem of toxic and harmful gas storage,various designs that apply wireless sensor network technology to the monitoring of toxic and harmful gases have emerged as the times require.And it greatly improves the safety and reliability of monitoring work.The traditional CO/H2S gas monitoring method relies on relevant staff engaged in monitoring work to carry the instrument into the monitored area for manual monitoring,or to set related monitoring equipment in the monitored area,and the monitoring personnel patrol regularly in each monitoring area.Either way requires the monitoring personnel to enter the monitoring area at risk,and their personal safety is not guaranteed.Some companies have introduced robots or drones to replace workers in monitoring areas to complete monitoring tasks.Because of the cost,most companies cannot afford similar schemes.To change this state,this paper comprehensively analyzes the specific conditions and technical requirements of CO/H2S monitoring of toxic and harmful gases,and designs an intelligent CO/H2S gas monitoring wireless sensor network and its cloud software.This design was developed based on ZigBee module,Wi Fi module and Alibaba Cloud server.A gas monitoring node consisting of a ZigBee module and a CO/H2S gas sensor implements the collection of CO/H2S gas concentration data.Gateway communication module realizes the function of data upload to the cloud.The cloud software written on the cloud server implements data storage,processing,and display functions.In this design,the terminal monitoring node sends the collected CO/H2S gas concentration data of the monitored area to the gateway node through the protocol stack networking.The gateway node uploads the data to the cloud server and stores it in the cloud database and displays the relevant data on the web page.Cloud software has data fusion processing capability,which can collect data uploaded by each terminal monitoring node for data fusion.When the concentration reaches the alarm condition,the system automatically alarms,which improves the accuracy of the alarm.This design realizes real-time monitoring,storage,display,and abnormal alarm of CO/H2S gas concentration data in places such as factories and warehouses.It can greatly improve the safety and accuracy of monitoring work,help prevent major accidents,and safeguard the safety of people's lives and property.
