With the rapid improvement of China’s socio-economic level, land use transformation is increasingly intensified. It has a direct or indirect impact on the regional ecological environment, and has produced corresponding ecological and environmental effects.Fuping county is located in the Taihang Mountain Area, and is a typical ecologically fragile area in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Due to the rapid advancement of urbanization and industrialization, urban, rural settlements and industrial and mining enterprises occupy a large amount of agricultural land.It caused the imbalance of land use structure and exacerbated the pressure on the ecological environment in mountainous areas.Based on multiple theoretical perspectives, such as human-land relations and sustainable development, this study analyzes the land use transformation and its ecological and eco-environment effect based on the "ecological-production-living".It can provide scientific support for optimizing land use structure, reducing ecological environmental risks, achieving sustainable land resources and building ecological civilization. In this study, with the support of ArcGis technology, using the vector data of five phases in Fuping county from 1990,2000,2005,2010,and 2015,the research classifies land use types in Fuping county based on the “ecological-production-living”.The following researches have been carried out:(1)Analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of land use transition in Fuping county. In order to estimate the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of land use transformation based on the "ecological-production-living" in Fuping county in the past 25 years, this study has selected four indicators: comprehensive land using dynamic degree index, degree of land use development and degree of land use depletion.(2)Analyze the eco-environment effects of land use transformation in Fuping county. In this study, the grids were first generated by the equally spaced sampling method as the space unit, and then the ecological environment quality index of each space unit was calculated by the weighted sum method, adopts the kriging method to carry out geostatistical analysis on the ecological environment quality index of Fuping county, and analyzes the impact of land use transformation on the ecological environment in the process of regionaldevelopment in combination with quality grade zoning. This paper analyzes the main land use transformation that has an impact on the ecological environment by measuring the ecological contribution rate.Through the above research,we reached the following conclusions:(1)From 1990 to2015,the area of production and living land in Fuping county increased, and the area of ecological land in the total area of Fuping county was reduced. The area of agricultural production land and pasture ecological land decreased greatly. The area of rural living land increased rapidly, with the fastest growth in industrial and mining production land.In the past25 years, the spatial evolution of land use transformation in Fuping county was most obvious from 2005 to 2010.During the spatial evolution of land use transformation in Fuping county, the transformation of production and living function land was mainly distributed in the valley areas in the northwest, the hills in the middle, and the low-lying areas in the southeast, and the transformation of ecological function land was mainly distributed in the western mountainous areas.(2)The comprehensive index of Fuping county’s eco-environent quality dropped from0.557 in 1990 to 0.554 in 2015.The overall performance was a rising characteristic followed by a continuous decline, and the comprehensive level of eco-environment quality declined.According to the measured ecological contribution rate, the deterioration of the ecological environment caused by the land-use transition was higher than the improvement from 1990 to2015.The transformation of the main functional land that affects the deterioration of the ecological environment is the occupation of ecological and agricultural land by industrial and mining production land and living land. |
