With the high quality development of society and economy in the new era,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more severe,Such as market competition,brain drain and management are facing great pressure.As human resources become more and more important in the enterprise,how to choose a group of employees who are both suitable for the development of the enterprise and loyal to the enterprise is particularly important.More and more enterprises realize that talent capital is the most valuable capital for enterprises,and it is an indispensable carrier to support the long-term and healthy development of enterprises.Talent is the core factor of enterprise development,the backbone force to promote enterprise development,and the key factor to improve enterprise competitiveness.However,it is necessary to improve the loyalty of employees to the enterprise and reduce the turnover rate while recruiting more talents,and the managers of the enterprise also need to adopt appropriate and effective leadership mode,allocate all kinds of resources reasonably,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,so as to make the enterprise gain the advantage in the fierce competitive environment.Employee loyalty has long been a hotly discussed topic,especially as post-90s employees have entered the workplace,the post-90s employees because of the pursuit of personality and the impact of their own growth environment is more frequent job-hopping phenomenon,has been considered the least loyal generation.However,the influence of employee loyalty to the enterprise is the result of many factors,and the characteristics and environment of the enterprise itself are also an important factor to influence employee loyalty.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for this paper to select loyalty as the entry point of research.Xinjiang Tianzhi Chenye Chemical Co.,Ltd.(1)Is a post-90s as the main young enterprise,as of october 2019,the company has 974 employees in the post-90s,61.5%of all employees.The expansion of the size of the staff and the characteristics of the younger team make the company’s post-90s staff management more difficult,how to improve the loyalty of these post-90s employees to the enterprise is a difficult problem the company must face,this study has a great guiding significance for the Tianzhi Chenye industry.Through the investigation,it is found that the reasons for the low loyalty of the post-90s employees include the imperfect salary and salary system,the imperfect training mechanism of the enterprise,the weak job satisfaction of the employees and the lack of the enterprise culture construction.In order to further enhance the loyalty of employees to the enterprise,this paper proposes to establish a reasonable salary system,establish a reasonable training system,optimizing management systems,change in leadership and shape a healthy and upward corporate culture.With a view to enhancing the loyalty of Tianzhi Chenye employees through the above measures,to train a group of competitive talents for the enterprise,and to promote the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.
