Tufted carpets are rich in texture and good in softness,gradually occupying the carpet market.At present,people's demand for carpets has transitioned from satisfying basic use to pursuing exquisite patterns.Due to the backward technology of carpet equipment,traditional pattern processing can only be done by printing and dyeing.Longterm use easily causes the carpet surface to fade,which also seriously affects the decorative effect,at the same time,printing and dyeing affect the user's physical health.To carpet enterprise characters,this also can cause the pollution to the surroundings.Therefore,multi-color tufted carpets came into being,and carpet equipment manufacturers also joined the team that developed multi-color jacquard carpet machines.The control technology of the jacquard system is the core technology of tufted carpets.The production of multi-color tufted carpets depends on the precise control of the jacquard system.In order to enrich the pattern color of tufted carpets and improve the overall decorative effect,this paper takes chenille tufted carpet loom as the research object,starts from the processing technology of multicolor tufted carpets,and researches on the control technology of jacquard system.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)This article firstly analyzes the research status of carpet equipment at home and abroad,and clarifies the significance of research on jacquard control technology.Based on the overall structure and working principle of tufted carpet loom,this paper analyzes the jacquard technology of multi-color carpet.According to the functional requirements of the jacquard system,this paper makes the overall layout of the system with the help of the modular idea.The jacquard system is divided into four parts: the main control module,the host computer module,the yarn feeding module,and the pixel control module.The communication protocols between modules are also specified.The influencing factors of multi-color tufted jacquard are analyzed as the tuft loop height and stitch control accuracy.The solutions to improve the loop height and stitch control accuracy are to study the control strategy of electronic jacquard rollers and the cooperative control of multiple servo motors Strategy.(2)Aiming at the problem that the tufting loop of the yarn feeding module has high control accuracy,the control strategy of electronic jacquard rollers is researched,a mathematical model of the jacquard motor is established,and a control strategy combining RBF neural network with classic PID is proposed.Research and analysis of results verify the effectiveness and reliability of the control strategy.(3)Aiming at the problem that the stitch control accuracy is not high,the cooperative control strategy of multiple servo motors is studied.Aiming at the problem of large tracking error during the collaborative control process,this paper proposes a genetic simulated annealing algorithm for online adjustment of PID parameters,and establishes a simulation model of the servo motor.The rationalization of the algorithm in multi-motor cooperative control is verified by analyzing the output speed and tracking error.Aiming at the problem of poor coordination ability,this paper optimizes the structure of the error compensator,introduces many new target evaluation parameters to reduce the interference of external factors on the motor and achieves the effect of enhancing the cooperative control ability.(4)When the master and the host frequently interact with data,the network congestion problem occurs,to solve this problem,this paper proposes OPC communication technology.This technology uses OPC DA to set up server and client to realize the download of large amount of pattern data and the exchange of real-time data.By analyzing the functional requirements of the host computer software,We can design software functional modules and develop human-computer interaction interfaces.By designing a pattern file processing module and using K-means clustering to segment the pattern file.
