In recent years,with the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the rapid increase of urban population,urban transportation is facing tremendous pressure.Under such pressure,urban rail transit,especially underground engineering traffic,has developed rapidly as a fast,green and safe mode of transportation,and its scale has been expanding.It has become an important mode of transportation for some big cities and plays a role in the development of cities.However,due to the underground operation,the diversity of construction projects,the complicated hydro geological conditions,and the high construction requirements,the construction safety management of underground engineering has many shortcomings,which directly affects the national economy and the people's lives and property.Therefore,further improving the safety management of underground engineering construction has become the top priority for ensuring the sound and rapid development of underground engineering.This paper first summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the safety management of underground engineering construction,and combines my investigation and research in the underground construction site during the graduation internship stage,briefly introduces 4M1 E and risk management theory,and discusses the 4M1 E And the importance and urgency of the introduction of risk management theory into the safety management of underground engineering construction.Then the hazard source identification,risk assessment and risk control are taken as the textual route of this paper.The dangers of underground construction site that may affect the construction safety management are analyzed.Based on the classification of risk factors,the safety evaluation index system was established.The weight of the index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the safety management of the underground construction site.Finally,the system is applied to an underground project actual project--"an underground project" project to demonstrate,and the corresponding construction site safety production management measures are proposed to provide reference for future engineering practice.This paper has 4 figures,12 tables and 51 references.
