Belt conveyor,as the main production and transportation tool in coal mine,is also the main energy-consuming tool in coal mine production process.With the promotion of national energy-saving and emission reduction policies,how to improve the efficiency of conveyor and reduce energy consumption in coal mine enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to improve the energy efficiency and cut down the transportation cost of the belt conveyor in the production process of coal mine,Starting from the analysis of the present situation and development of belt conveyor at home and abroad,thesis focuses on the control flow,energy efficiency,power loss and related algorithms of belt conveyor,and obtains the relationship between the power of belt conveyor and its supply speed and operation speed.Secondly,based on the structure and working principle of the belt conveyor,the resistance model is obtained.Through the analysis of the resistance model,the energy consumption model of the belt conveyor is obtained.Based on the local time-sharing tariff,the energy cost model is established.Through calculation and analysis,it is concluded that the energy consumption and energy cost in the two models are related to the feeding speed,running speed and four parameters of the conveyor,and the accurate values of the four parameters are obtained by off-line and on-line estimation of the least square method.Then,the energy consumption model and energy cost model of belt conveyor are optimized by using multi-variable genetic algorithm and time-sharing control method,and the optimal operation speed and coal supply speed of belt conveyor at different times are obtained,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.Compared with the original method,the total energy consumption and cost of the optimized system are significantly reduced.The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by simulation.Finally,thesis designs an optimization control system of belt conveyor based on Majiliang Mine.The control core is PLC,The hardware is composed of electronic belt scale,coal bunker level gauge,frequency converter,speed sensor and so on.The system mainly includes four parts:soft start,power balance control,system optimization control and system fault warning.The monitoring system is designed based on WINCC.This paper has 24 figures,15 tables and 60 references.
