Objective::To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of variant sini powder in the treatment of patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with liver-stomach's disharmony type,so as to provide data support for the clinical efficacy of variant sini powder in the treatment of this disease, and to provide a safer and more effective treatment scheme for non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1.This subject was included in the affiliated hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria from November 2017 to November 2018,66 patients in the department of digestion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 patients,respectively.2.The treatment group was given Chinese herbal medicine variant sini powder,200 ml water infusion,1 dose per day,and divided into morning and evening before meals. The control group was given orally Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,10mg/ time, twice a day, take orally before meals. As well as Domperidone tablets.10mg/ time,3 times a day, take orally after meals. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups, and the patients were asked to stop taking other drugs during the treatment period, and avoid spicy, cold and other stimulating foods. After the course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of Nexium Scale and TCM syndrome were evaluated and compared between the two groups.3.SPSS22.0 software was used for data processing and analysis.Results:1.In terms of the improvement of the score of the Nexium Scale, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 70.0%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of TCM curative effect index, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.All data of patients in the two groups were tested before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the two groups of patients were comparable. After treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).4.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the patients after treatment. No abnormalities were found in the three routine tests, liver and kidney function tests and electrocardiogram tests of the patients after treatment.Conclusion:1.For the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with liver-stomach's disharmony type, the variant sini powder were significantly better thancontrol group in Nexium Scale integration and the improvement of TCM symptoms, its curative effect is outstanding. This outcome shows that the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment is superior to single western medicine treatment, for the non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with liver-stomach's disharmony type, which reflects the advantage of TCM treatment.2.For the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with liver-stomach's disharmony type, the variant sini powder,Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and Domperidone tablets were safe and effective.
