The Clinical Observation Of Bu Shen Yu Lin Decoction For Kidney Deficiency Ovulatory Infertility Treatment

Objectives To verify the clinical efficacy of Tian Shi Bushen Yulin Decoction in the treatment of kidney-deficiency ovulatory disorder infertility and objectively evaluate the observation results,and provide more objective evidence for the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility by Chinese medicine.Methods With reference to the diagnostic and inclusion criteria,68 cases of ovulatory disorder infertility due to kidney deficiency were collected from the outpatient department of Gynecology of the Second Hospital of Shijiazhuang City,and the time began from August 2016 to December 2017,and random sampling was used.Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group consisted of 34 patients.They were treated with Tianshi Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole.In the control group,34 patients were treated with letrozole alone.The treatment lasted for 3 courses,ie 3 Menstrual cycle.The TCM syndrome scores,serum LH and FSH levels,follicle diameter,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment in two groups.The efficacy evaluation was performed to verify the clinical efficacy of Tianshi Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole.To explore the solution of Tianshi Bushen Yulin Decoction and Fang Yi,explore the ideological connotation of Tianshi Bushen Yulin Decoction in treating ovulatory obstructive infertility due to kidney deficiency,and analyze the pharmacological effects of Fangzhong Bushen Drugs,so as to make Tianshi Bushen Qi Lin Tang provides a reliable basis for the treatment of kidney-deficiency ovulatory disorder infertility.Results The results of this study show that both the treatment group and the control group have improved TCM symptom scores,and the treatment group is better than the control group;both the treatment group and the control group have improved serum FSH and LH levels before and after treatment,and the treatment group Compared with the control group,the treatment group and the control group can improve the follicular diameter of the patients,the treatment group is better than the control group;the treatment group’s ovulation rate and pregnancy rate are higher than the control group;the treatment group’s clinical total efficiency is higher than the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The effect of Tianshi Bushen Yulin Decoction on treating ovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency type is affirmative,safe and reliable.2 Tianshi Bushen Yulin Decoction combined with Letrozole is superior to letrozole alone in improving clinical symptoms,serum LH and FSH levels,and follicle diameter.3 The combination of Tianshi Bushen Yulin Decoction and letrozole can obtain higher ovulation rate and pregnancy rate than letrozole alone.
