Objectives:To detect the serum ucn2 level in patients with chronic heart failure at different stages,following up at one month and six month after hospital discharge,and to explore the evaluation of serum NT-pro Ucn2 levels in patients with chronic heart failure with different cardiac function grades.Methods:1)From February 2017 to October,total of 150 patients that hospitalized in the first affiliated Hospital of University of South China with diagnosis of chronic heart failure were selected.According to the cardiac function class(New York Heart Association,NYHA),all patients were divided into three groups :group A with NYHA class ?,group B with NYHA class ?,group C with NYHA class ?.All patients were selected to the study of China-Peace5.According to 2016 ESC heart failure Guide all patients were given standardized treatment,and following up at one month and six month after hospital discharge.Another 50 cardiac patients without heart failure were enrolled as control group.2)Statistically analyze general information,past illnesses such as coronary heart disease,dilated cardiomyopathy,heart valve disease,hypertension of each groups.The venous blood samples were collected in the next morning.The routine blood test,liver and kindey function were tested in clinical laboratory of the first affiliated hospital of Nanhua university.LAD?LVEF were measured in Echocardiography department of The first affiliated hospital of university of south china.The serum sample was stored in-80 ?refrigerator.The expression level of NT-pro Ucn2 were measured by immunosorbent assay(ELISA).3)The difference of general information,blood lipid,history of heart disease between heart failure group and control group were analyzed.The correlation between NT-pro Ucn2 and NT-pro BNP,LVEF,6-minute walking test in heart failure with different cardiac function grades.Results:1)Compared with the control group,the level of serum NT-pro Ucn2 in heart failure group were significantly increased;general information,blood lipid,history of heart disease has no statistically significant different between two groups.2)In heart failure group,compared with the heart failure with NYHA class ?,the level of serum NT-pro Ucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ? were significantly higher;compared with the heart failure with NYHA class ?,the level of serum NT-pro Ucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ? were significantly higher;compared with the control group,the level of serum NT-pro Ucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ? were significantly higher.On admission,in heart failure group,the serum NT-pro Ucn2 was positively correlated with the level of NT-pro BNP(r=0.39,p=0.02);the serum NT-pro Ucn2 was negatively correlated with the LVEF(r=-0.37,p=0.01).3)One month after discharge,the level of serum NT-proucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ? and class ?has no significant difference(P>0.05),the level of serum NT-proucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ? wassignificantly higher than class ?(P<0.05).In heart failure patients,the level of serum NT-proucn2 was negatively correlated with the level of LVEF and the distance 6-minute walking test(P<0.05).Compared with the same group at admission,the serum NT-proucn2 levels in the three groups were significantly lower than those in the same group of patients with chronic heart failure.4)Six month after discharge,the level of serum NT-proucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ? and class ?has no significant difference(P>0.05),the level of serum NT-proucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ? was significantly higher than class ?(P<0.05).In heart failure patients,the level of serum NT-proucn2 was negatively correlated with the distance 6-minute walking test(P<0.05);compared with the patients in the same group at 1 month follow-up,the serum NT-proucn2 level of the three groups was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1)Compared with thecontrol group,the level of serum NT-proucn2 in heart failure were significantly higher;the level of serum NT-proucn2 in heart failure with NYHA class ?-? were significantly higher than class ?.2)In heart failure group,the serum NT-pro Ucn2 was positively correlated with the level of NT-pro BNP,that negatively correlated with the LVEF and 6-minute walking test.
