Clinical Study On Treatment Of Emergent Milk Moths With Heat-toxin Bluffing By Integrative Chinese And Western Medicine Scheme

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Puji disinfected drinking combined with purulent decoction plus combined with Western medicine on patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis,and to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment methods for patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:We included 72 patients with acute purulent tonsillitis who met the criteria.Randomized controlled trials were used to divide patients into treatment and control groups.Each group had 36 patients.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with puji disinfectant combined with purulent granules on the basis of western medicine treatment.The treatment period of both groups was 5 days.The change of the main symptoms before and after treatment,the time of disappearance of tonsil purulent secretion,the time of sore throat improvement,the time of heat withdrawal,the blood routine(leukocyte,neutrophil),and the whole were recorded.The changes of blood C-reactive protein(CRP)and clinical comprehensive efficacy,and observe the adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups of patients.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for data statistics to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety..Results:(1)Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was 93.750%in the treatment group and 85.29%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was high.In the control group.(2)Signs of syndromes:Compared with the improvement of the main symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups,the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment for the patients in this trial were tonsillar enlargement,tonsil congestion,tonsil pus Sex secretions,sore throat,and body temperature have significant improvement;After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in the improvement of tonsillar enlargement,tonsil congestion,tonsil purulent discharge,sore throat and fever(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.The differences in the time required for disappearance of tonsil purulent discharge,improvement of pharyngeal pain,and return of body temperature were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group,indicating that the treatment group was promoting the secretion of tonsil purulent.The time required for absorption,improvement of sore throat,and fever reduction is shorter.(3)TCM Syndrome Scores:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the total scores of the syndromes before and after treatment and the scores of the main symptoms(P<0.05).That is,both groups of treatment can improve the total scores of the patients' syndromes.And symptomatic points.After treatment,the two groups of patients improved the total score of the syndrome and the main symptom scores.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the total score of the syndrome and the main symptom integral.(4)Laboratory indicators:The results showed that the number of normal and elevated white blood cells and neutrophils after treatment in the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the C-response of whole blood after treatment in both groups of patients Compared with protein(CRP)values.there was no significant difference between the groups,indicating that the two groups had comparable therapeutic effects.(5)Safety analysis:No serious adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The statistical data of this clinical observation show that the comprehensive treatment effect of the treatment plan for acute suppurative tonsillitis is better than that of the control group.The treatment group is to improve tonsil enlargement,tonsil congestion,tonsil purulent discharge,sore throat and fever.Better than the control group;and compared with the control group,the treatment group can significantly reduce the time required for improvement of sore throat,disappearance of purulent tonsils and heat withdrawal.It shows that Puji disinfecting drink combined with purulent discharge combined with Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis,reduce the suffering of patients,improve the total efficiency of treatment of the disease,with significant therapeutic effect.
