Effects Of Comprehensive Intervention On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Functional Constipation

Objective: Functional constipation is one of the most common clinical symptoms.In this study,to investigate and analyse the psychological factors and quality of life of the functional constipation patients,and to give change in lifestyle and psychological intervention measures,to analyse the psychological factors and quality of life again after comprehensive intervention,to explore the effects of comprehensive intervention on the patient's psychological status and quality of life,to broaden the clinical thought and pay more attention to the effects of general treatment on the functional constipation,thus improve the quality of life of patients.Methods: Selecting 60 patients,who are from chengdu anorectal specialist hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 and conform the diagnostic criteria of Rome III about functional constipation,are randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,the treatment group to adjust the way of life,accept psychological intervention and take Macrogol 4000 Powders(trade name:Fu Song),the control group to Fu Song only.The treatment time is 4 weeks.Using the self-rating anxiety scales(SAS),self-rating depressive scales(SDS)and patient assessment of constipation quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)to evaluate the psychological situation and quality of life before and after treatment,compared with the norm of our country level,and doing constipation symptom scores.At the end of treatment compared the quality of life,the condition of anxiety and depression and the constipation symptoms of two groups of patients before and after treatment,to do statistical analysis and evaluate curative effect.Results: The functional constipation patient's quality of life,psychological state is lower than normal people before treatment,there are statistically significant(P < 0.05),the constipation symptoms,quality of life and psychological status was improved after treatment,the difference had significant statistical significance before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the treatment group to improve the symptoms of constipation,the quality of life,and the condition of anxiety and depression is better than that in control group,comparing the two groups have statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Fu Song can improve the symptoms of functional constipation,it is better than using Fu Song treatment only jointing adjustment way of life and psychological intervention to improve the symptoms of constipation,psychological state and the quality of life,adjusting the way of life and doing psychological intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation,improving the quality of life and mental health.
