The Clinical Efficacy Of Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation On Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Allergic Rhinitis And The Effect Of Nasal Resistance

Objective:In this study,according to the theoretical basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,the clinical study of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis-type persistent allergic rhinitis was evaluated by Yiqi Huoxue External Treatment.The quality of life and the change of nasal ventilation were observed before and after treatment.In the treatment of allergic rhinitis with qi deficiency and blood stasis clinical efficacy and safety,With a view to expanding the clinical scope of Chinese medicine.method73 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into 3 groups,28 cases in the experimental group were treated with Yiqihuoxue external treatment.In the control group,23 cases were treated with furoic acid Mometasone nasal spray treatment,the control group B22 cases,the use of Yiqihuoxue Tongqiao particles treatment,treatment were 21 days.During the treatment period,the clinical symptoms and signs of the three groups of patients before treatment,the 7th day of treatment and the 21 st day of treatment were recorded.The quality of life score and VAS scale were recorded by questionnaire.The nasal ventilation resistance was measured before and after treatment.Record adverse reactions.The data were analyzed statistically,and finally the test results were analyzed and discussed.resultAfter the end of treatment,the effective rate was 71.4% in the experimental group,73.9% in the control group and 59% in the control group.The difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference(P <0.05).The nasal resistance decreased after treatment,and the three groups of data were no difference(P> 0.05).The symptoms and signs of the three groups were significantly improved before and after treatment(P <0.05).However,the improvement of symptoms and signs in the control group A was better than that in the experimental group and the control group B(P <0.05).On the VAS score table,the sneezing,nasal congestion,nasal itching and running nose were improved in the three groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In improving the symptoms of nasal congestion and sneezing,the three groups were compared(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P <0.05).In the improvement of nasal itching,the control group A was superior to the control group Group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).in conclusion1.Yiqihuoxue external treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,signs,quality of life and nasal ventilation resistance of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and no serious adverse reactions.2.The value of nasal resistance in the incidence of allergic rhinitis increased,after treatment decreased significantly in the clinical nose resistance values can be used as objective indicators to evaluate the efficacy of allergic rhinitis treatment.
