Research Of Endometriosis Through Syndromes With TCM,Body Constitutions And Disease Related Factors

Objective:By examining the distribution of TCM syndromes,the constitution and the related factors of endometriosis,and analyzing the correlation between the three,which provides objective basis for the treatment of endometriosis by Chinese medicine,To reduce the incidence of endometriosis and relapse rate to provide a reference.Methods:Through face-to-face questionnaire survey of 120 patients with endometriosis diagnostic criteria in March 2011-2017 in Gynecological Outpatient Hospital Affiliated to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to collect the patient’s age,occupation and other general information,physical characteristics,four Chinese medicine diagnosis data,The information database was established and the data were analyzed by statistical software.The TCM syndromes,physical distribution and related factors were summarized and studied.At the same time,the correlation between the three is analyzed according to the research results.Results:(1)120 cases were syndrome of endometriosis patients into six groups,with qi stagnation and blood stasis most,accounting for 25% of the total,followed by kidney deficiency and damp heat and blood stasis syndrome(20%),qi stagnation and damp heat and blood stasis syndrome(16.67%),damp heat and blood stasis syndrome(14.17%),kidney deficiency and liver stagnation blood stasis heat and moisture node card(13.33%),Qi deficiency and blood stasis(10.83%).(2)Most blood stasis type of endometriosis patients with TCM Constitution,accounting for 26.67% of the total,followed by 26 cases of qi stagnation patients(21.67%),26 cases of damp heat(21.67%),10 cases of Yang deficiency type(10%),6 cases of patients with Qi deficiency(the 5%),4 cases of phlegm dampness patients(3.33%),2 cases of the intrinsic quality of patients(1.66%),2 cases of yin deficiency patients(1.66%),compound constitution accounted for 32.5%.(3)The main syndrome of TCM of endometriosis are no statistical significance with age,culture level,occupation(P > 0.05),there was statistical significance between the history of abortion and uterine cavity operation times(P < 0.05).(4)The main constitution of TCM of endometriosis are no statistical significance with age,culture level,occupation(P > 0.05),there was statistical significance between the history of abortion and uterine cavity operation times(P < 0.05).(5)The qi depression is the susceptible constitution of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(P < 0.05),and the dampness heat is the susceptible constitution of the dampness heat stasis syndrome(P < 0.05),and the blood stasis quality is the susceptible constitution of qi stagnation,damp heat and blood stasis syndrome(P < 0.05).(6)120 cases of endometriosis patients,high incidence of age is 25-34 years old,accounting for 68.33%,education for college or undergraduate accounted for 61.67%,eating spicy food accounted for 60%,poor sleep quality accounted for 73.3%,Emotional irritability,depression and fear of patients accounted for 71.7%,had uterine surgery operation accounted for 56.67%,gynecological surgery type to abortion mostly,accounting for 40% of the total number.Conclusion:(1)The most common physical type of endometriosis is blood stasis,the most common type of syndrome for the stagnation of blood stasis.(2)Endometriosis of TCM syndrome and the constitution of uterine cavity operation with history and correlated with number of abortions.(3)There was a correlation between TCM constitution and syndromes of endometriosis,qi stagnation and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,damp heat and damp heat stagnation syndrome,blood stasis and qi stagnation and heat stagnation syndrome were related.(4)Endometriosis occurs in the age of childbearing,the majority of patients engaged in mental work,in addition,the occurrence of the disease may be associated with sleep quality,emotional situation,eating habits,uterine operation history and the number of abortions are related.
