Objective:To compare the effects of single wax therapy, single Chinese medicine ion introduction, wax therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on arthritis index and pain degree of patients with knee osteoarthritis of the blood stasis type, and evaluate three intervention methods to further improve traditional Chinese medicine Nursing programs to reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life. Methods:In this study,a convenient sampling method was used to select 99 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the requirements for blood stasis.According to the order of admission of patients, random number table was randomly divided into 3 groups with 33 patients in each group. All three groups were on the basis of conventional treatment and care. The experimental group 1 was given a wax treatment operation, the experimental group 2 was given a Chinese medicine ion introduction operation, and the experimental group 3 was given a wax treatment combined with a Chinese medicine ion introduction operation. The WOMAC Arthritis Index Rating Scale and the Mc.Gill Pain Scale were used for evaluation, respectively, and the efficacy of the patient intervention was evaluated according to the TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Efficacy Criteria. All data were entered into SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Statistical analysis was performed using a one-way analysis of variance and non-parametric tests.A p value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Statistical analysis was performed on the data and conclusions were reached.Result:1.The general data before the intervention of the three groups of patients,WOMAC arthritis index score,McGill pain scale scores no difference(P>0.05),indicating that the basic information of the three groups of patients before the intervention are comparable.2.The scores of WOMAC arthritis index and McGill pain scores before and after the intervention of the three groups of patients were all significantly different(P<0.05).3.After the intervention, there was a difference between the WOMAC arthritis index and the McGill pain scale score in the test group 3 and the test group 1 and the test group 2(P<0.05);the test group 1 and the test group 2 were in WOMAC arthritis. There was no difference in index scores and scores on the McGill Pain Scale(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients after intervention was compared. The test group 1 was 76.67%,the test group 2 was 83.33%,and the test group 3 was 96.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Single wax therapy, single Chinese medicine ion introduction, wax therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction all help to improve the degree of knee osteoarthritis joint stiffness, daily activity and pain;2.There was no significant difference in the degree of joint rigidity, daily activities, and pain between the single wax therapy and single Chinese medicine ion introduction.3.The combination of wax therapy and traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction is more effective than single wax therapy and single Chinese medicine ion introduction in improving knee joint arthritis degree, daily activity ability and pain, and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
