Objective:To construct a comprehensive inventory of core competency for HIV/AIDS specialist nurses in China through the evaluation index system of HIV/AIDS nurse core competencies in line with the current situation of nursing in our country and the establishment of AIDS specialist nurses core competencies evaluation index weight setting.To construct a core competency framework for AIDS specialist nurses and provide a scientific,effective and systematic tool for the evaluation of the level of core competencies of HIV/AIDS nurses in our country,and provide guidance for the stratified management,appointment and assessment of HIV/AIDS nurses and the optimal allocation of nursing resources.To raise the overall level of AIDS specialist nurses in our country.Method:Use the literature review method and theoretical analysis method to initially construct the AIDS specialist care ± core competencies indicators at all levels.Adopt Delphi’s expert consultation law for two rounds of consultation from December 2016 to September 2017 to complete the index screening and modification.Apply of sequence diagram method and Delphi method to determine one,two,three indicators weight coefficient.Use Exce114.1.0 software to establish a database,application SPSS21.0 software for statistical analysis of statistical results and statistical description.Test the representativeness and credibility of experts through analysising the experts’ positive coefficient,authority coefficient,coordination coefficient and other indicators.The positive coefficient of experts was expressed by the questionnaire recovery rate.The degree of concentration of expert opinions was expressed by the mean value of the importance of the indicators.The degree of coordination of experts was expressed by the coefficient of variation and the coordination coefficient of experts.P<0.05 indicates the difference was statistically significant.Result:Initially determine the core competencies of AIDS nurses evaluation index system,a level of six indicators,including clinical professional ability,professional humanistic spirit,critical thinking,communication and coordination,management skills,professional development;two indicators 19,three Indicator 60 items.The positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation are 100%and 92.6%respectively;the coefficient of expert consultation is 0.897;the coefficient of judgment is 0.877;the familiar degree is 0.845;the first and second level indicators and the overall indicator Kendall coordination coefficient are respectively 0.897,0.633,0.549,chi-square test P values were<0.001,the difference was statistically significant.The weights of the first,second and third level indicators were determined by the method of preferential sequence diagram and Delphi method.Among them,there are 6 first-level indicators weighting factors:clinical professional ability(0.3200),professional humanistic spirit(0.2134),critical thinking(0.1534),communication and coordination ability(0.1334),management ability(0.1000)and professional development(0.0800);19 items of second-level index weighting coefficient:theoretical knowledge(0.0817)clinical skills(0.0823)occupational protection ability(0.0810)legal and ethical knowledge(0.0750)occupational identity(0.0818)humanistic care ability Ability of self-adjustment(0.0655),ability of assessment and decision-making(0.0398),ability of observation and prediction(0.0392),strain ability(0.0369),analysis and comprehensive ability(0.0375),communication and exchange ability(0.0667)(0.0667),disease management(0.0574),leadership ability(0.0426),learning ability(0.0310),research ability(0.0251),teaching ability(0.0238).Conclusion:1.In this study,the evaluation system of HIV/AIDS nurse core competence was initially established by Delphi method,literature research method,theoretical analysis method and personal interview,including 6 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators and 60 third-level indicators Entries.The weights of the first,second and third level indicators are determined through the preferential sequence chart method and according to the experts’judgments on the importance of each index.2.Scientific and rigorous statistics show that consultants are more motivated and authoritative in this research.Experts’ opinions are more concentrated,coordinated and trustworthy.Scientific and reliable research results are also available.
