Preliminary Observation On Clinical Efficacy Of Posterior Circulatory Ischemic Vertigo (Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Deficiency) By Tongdu-Jiannao Tuina Method

Objective:Based on clinical practice,a randomized controlled trial was conducted for patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo by deficiency of qi and blood.To observe and contrast the clinical curative effect of the treatment of posterior circulatory ischemic vertigo with the Tongdu-Jiannao tuina method and the traditional tuina methods,and to provide the clinical basis for the future treatment.Methods:The 68 cases of outpatients patients with two types of diagnosis which were qi and blood deficiency type vertigo diagnosed by TCM and posterior circulation ischemic diagnosed by western medicine were randomly divided into two groups,Tongdu-Jiannao group and traditional tuina group,34 cases each group.Two groups of patients in the course of vertigo score and TCM symptom scores before the treatment,parallel TCD detection of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery systolic peak blood flow velocity,then on the basis of foundation treatment and lifestyle changes attitude,Tongdu-Jiannao group to pass Tongdu-Jiannao manipulative treatment,traditional tuina group perform traditional tuina treatment method,The above tests were performed on the same day after the end of the two courses of treatment,and symptom integral were scored.Observe the change of each record index,analyze the data and get the result.Results:After two courses of treatment Tongdu-Jiannao group total effective rate was 90.63%,the traditional tuina group total effective rate was 81.82%,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.The two groups after treatment in patients with marked response rate were 75.00%,48.48%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Two groups of patients with vertigo score than before treatment were significantly lower after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Tongdu-Jiannao group after treatment,the vertigo score changing is more apparent compared with the traditional tuina group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Two groups of patients with symptoms integral than before treatment were significantly lower after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Tongdu-Jiannao group after treatment,the symptoms integral changing is more apparent compared with the traditional tuina group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Two groups after treatment in patients with bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery systolic blood flow velocity were significantly increased than before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Tongdu-Jiannao group after treatment of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery systolic blood flow velocity is obviously better than that of traditional tuina group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Tongdu-Jiannao manipulative method can effectively improve the vertigo and accompanying symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.And can accelerate the bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity,increase cerebral blood flow,improve vertebral basilar artery blood supply situation.The treatment is aimed at posterior circulation ischemic vertigo a precise and effective method for clinical treatment.
