Meta Analysis And Study On Medication Regularity Of Spleen And Stomach Method In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: through the literature analysis,the preliminary evaluation of the spleen and stomach method in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(chronic atrophic,gastritis,CAG)curative effect,through the use of data mining methods,found that the drug Jianpi Yangwei method treating CAG and combination rule,to further explore the drug candidate or the development of effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation.Methods: the literature was analyzed through the collection of domestic and foreign databases and the use of software.China biomedical literature database,VIP,Wan Fang,Cochrane,Pub Med,China library How Net,China Journal Network Retrieval System(data from 2000.01 to 2017.04),Meta analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3 software.The literature by TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software(V2.5)to establish a database which can achieve the aim through frequency analysis,association analysis,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised data mining to collect literature in the group of drug analysis,summing up the drug law method of invigorating the spleen and stomach.Result:1.according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,11 qualified literature were selected and 759 patients were included.The results of Meta analysis showed that clinical simple spleen and stomach method of Chinese medicine treatment group the total efficiency is better than pure western medicine or Chinese medicine treatment group,there was significant statistically difference OR=4.30,95%CI(2.81,6.58),P<0.00001;gastroscopy in experimental group,the increase rate than the control group,there was significant statistically difference(OR=3.36,95%CI 1.70,6.64),P=0.0005;pathology test group to improve the efficiency is better than the control group,there was significant statistically difference OR=3.99,95%CI(2.47,6.46),P<0.00001.2.summarizes the high frequency of drug Jianpi Yangwei CAG treated by 48 kinds of medicine,including 28 pairs,3 herb medicine group 18,4 herb medicine group 2.The medicine contains 13 drugs,drug group of the Communist Party of china.4 new sides were found.Conclusion:The analysis results suggest that the spleen and stomach method in the treatment of CAG in improving clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and pathological aspects of the improvement of improvement were better than the control group,and the overall effect is better than the control group.Jianpi Yangwei treatment for CAG drugs mainly for warming medicine,Qi medicine,blood activating and nourishing Yin,the main effect is mainly reflected in the warm spleen,and stomach pain.
