Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Phlegm-wet Ovulatory Infertility By The Combination Of Phlegm And Kidney And Clomiphene

Objective: By observing the phlegm in the kidney prescription joint g ’Finn stimulate ovulation treatment the clinical curative effect of phlegm wet ovulation obstructive infertility,trying to find a scientific,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment way of curative effect is more significant,in order to improve the cure rate of phlegm wet ovulation obstructive infertility.Methods:A total of 62 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected in this study,including 32 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group treated three cycles with traditional Chinese medicine and da-35,and the control group was treated with the treatment of three cycles(not taking Chinese medicine).The treatment group was then treated with Chinese medicine(CC,HMG,HCG)for ovulation,and the control group(CC,HMG,HCG)was used to promote ovulation therapy(no Chinese medicine).Both groups were treated with 5 menstrual cycles,followed by 3 menstrual cycles.Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment of endocrine index,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,embryo abortion rate,TCM syndrome improvement.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in endocrine indexes between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(p > 0.05).there were significant differences in LH and t between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(p < 0.05).(2)the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after 3 months follow-up(p < 0.05).(3)in the treatment and follow-up for 3 months,the rate of embryo termination in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(p < 0.05).(4)for the improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM before and after treatment,the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Huatan Bushen prescription combined with clomiphene in the treatment of phlegm-dampness ovulation disorder infertility,compared with clomiphene alone can improve the long-term ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,reduce the rate of embryo termination.The combined application of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the endocrine level and clinical symptoms of patients more than the simple application of western medicine.
