Clinical Study On Guilou Dingxin Decoction In Treating Rapid Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guilou Dingxin Decoction in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with axillary and axillary sympathetic and cardiorespiratory.Methods:The selected 60 patients with rapid-onset atrial fibrillation are randomly divided into the experimental and control group,30 cases per group.The Metoprolol sustained-release tablets,Aspirin enteric-coated tablets and Rosuvastatin are conducted both in basic treatment of the experimental and control group,while in the experimental group simultaneously is supplemented with Guilou Dingxin Decoction.Two sets of treatments last 4 weeks.To observe changes of ventricular rate,change of status,TCM syndromes,etc.before and after treatment in these two groups.Results:In terms of the therapy effect,the total effective rate of the experimental group is 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 73.33%.The efficacy of the experimental group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the transition of atrial fibrillation,the rate of the experimental group is 40.00%,and the control group is 30.00%.The conversion effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.In the reduction of ventricular rate,the experimental group and the control group both can reduce the ventricular rate(P<0.05),but compared with the control group,the experimental group has a definite advantage in reducing the ventricular rate(P<0.05).In the aspect of TCM symptom efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group is 90.00%,and the control group is66.67%.Thus the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05)in the improvement of palpitations,chest tightness,aversion to cold colds,vomiting and other symptoms of TCM.Conclusion:The experimental group can improve the TCM symptoms of patients,which has a significant effect on palpitation,chest tightness,aversion to coldness and coldness,and vomiting.At the same time it can reduce the ventricular rate and improve the conversion rate of the patients with atrial fibrillation.It shows that Guilou Dingxin Decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of atrial fibrillation with axillary and axillary sympathetic and cardiorespiratory.
