Clinical Observation Of Sanhan Clearing Damp Prescription On Hydrops Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of sanhan clearing damp prescription on knee osteoarthritis effusion,and judging the effect of sanhan clearing damp prescription on knee joint effusion,so as to promote its clinical application.Methods:This study screened in March 2018 to March 2019,guangxi university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of orthopaedic outpatient and the inpatient with knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion,screening in 60 patients with cold dampness bizu type,according to the digital random grouping method is divided into two groups,30 cases in treatment group(n = 30),12 cases of male,female 18 cases,14 cases of his left knee,right knee in 16 cases,X-ray imaging classification: Ⅰ level 8 cases,Ⅱ level 14 cases,Ⅲ 8 cases;The mean age was 51.43±9.48 years,and the mean course of disease was 3.57±2.23 years.30 cases of control group(n =30): 14 cases of male,female 16 cases,17 were left knee,13 cases of right knee,X-ray imaging classification: Ⅰ level 7 cases,Ⅱ level 15 cases,8 Ⅲ,average age was 49.20 ± 6.23,the average duration of 4.34 ±2.67 years.In the treatment group,sanhan clearing damp prescription was used for internal administration.The control group was treated with traditional simple oral aericoxib tablets.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before treatment,knee circumference measurement,knee effusion measurement(WAther grading),VAS pain score,WOMAC score of knee function and TCM syndrome score of knee osteoarthritis were conducted in the two groups.After2 and 4 weeks of treatment,knee circumference measurement,knee effusion measurement(WAther grading),knee function WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score of knee osteoarthritis were carried out for the two groups of patients respectively.The collected and recorded data were analyzed by using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease and gender between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in knee circumference,WAther grading score for knee effusion,VAS pain score and WOMAC score for knee function between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4weeks of treatment,the knee circumference,WAther grading score of knee joint effusion,VAS pain score and WOMAC score of knee joint function in the two groups were statistically analyzed.The improvement of joint effusion in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of pain improvement,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 73.3%,significantly lower than that of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhan clearing damp prescription has significant curative effect in the treatment of knee joint effusion,with low treatment cost and small side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
