Objective: we know that the incidence of digestive system tumors is extremely high, among which gastric cancer and bowel cancer account for the majority. There are many existing studies on the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal cancer.Currently, recognized gastrointestinal polyps can develop into gastrointestinal cancer. In recent years, there have been many studies on the effect of metabolic factors on intestinal polyps, and some studies also believe that intestinal polyps are related to blood lipid to some extent, but there is no relevant study on the level of blood lipid in patients with gastric polyps.By analyzing the blood lipid level of patients with gastrointestinal polyps, this paper studies whether the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal polyps are related to blood lipid. The correlation factors of serum lipid level in patients with gastrointestinal polyps were also studied. Methods: gastrointestinal polyp patients admitted to the department of gastroenterology of hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects, and non-polyp patients in the physical examination health center were selected as the control group. For selected cases, need to eliminate tumor previous medical history, primary diseases such as lipid metabolic abnormalities, and recent not taking lipid-lowering drugs, strict screening of selected cases, according to the patients' blood biochemical inspection sheet provided by TG serum triglyceride, total cholesterol(TC LDL,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C-C level,at the same time to collect polyp cases of polyps in patients with type, size, quantity, area, such as clinical characteristics, using SPSS software analysis groups of lipid. In addition,HP infection and chronic gastritis were collected from patients with gastric polyps, and the differences in serum lipid levels between helicobacter pylori and chronic gastritis were analyzed.Whether patients with intestinal polyps suffer from hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperuricemia and fatty liver, and whether all factors are related to dyslipidemia was analyzed. Results: 1.A total of 114 cases in the gastric polyp group,135 cases in the intestinal polyp group and 110 cases in the non-polyp group were collected. There were 44 males and 70 females in the gastric polyp group, with an average age of 53.75 12.32 years;58 males and 77 females in the intestinal polyp group, with an average age of 52.30 12.70 years;51 males and 59 females in the healthy group, with an average age of 49.27 14.58 years.2.Serum triglyceride TG and TC in the gastric polyp group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group, while hdl-c was lower than that in the healthy group, with statistically significant differences. The serum TG of triglyceride in patients with HP infection was significantly higher than that in the group without HP infection. There were no significant differences in the pathological types, size, number and location of gastric polyps and lipid levels.3.Serum triglyceride TG and TC in the intestinal polyp group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group, while hdl-c was lower than that in the healthy group, with statistically significant differences.Intestinal polyp group: there were statistically significant differences in blood lipid levels between the polyp group larger than 1cm and the polyp group smaller than 1cm,between the left half colon polyp group and the right half colon polyp group;there were no statistically significant differences in blood lipid levels between the adenomatous polyp group and the non-adenomatous group, and between the single polyp group and the multiple polyps group. There was a significant correlation between hyperlipidemia and hyperlipidemia in patients with intestinal polyps. Conclusion: there is a certain correlation between gastrointestinal polyps and dyslipidemia, especially intestinal polyps. At the same time,it was found that there was a certain correlation between serum lipid level and Hp infection in patients with gastric polyps, and there was a certain correlation between serum lipid level and high uric acid and fatty liver in patients with intestinal polyps. In addition, the polyps that were more likely to develop into malignant tumors had higher blood lipid levels, suggesting that the higher the blood lipid level was,the higher the risk of colon malignant tumors was. Therefore, for patients with gastrointestinal polyps, the control of blood lipid level is of certain significance for the prevention of gastrointestinal polyps.
