Study On Gao Jianzhong's Experience In Applying Banxia Xiexin Decoction

Objective:Banxia Xiexin Decoction is a common prescription for the treatment of coke in cold-heat interaction.It has definite curative effect and belongs to the clinical prescription commonly used by tutors.Due to the lack of sufficient theoretical combing and clinical summary on the use of Banxia Xiexin Decoction by tutors,it is necessary to conduct more in-depth research and summary on the clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Firstly,the understanding of Banxia Xiexin Decoction by physicians in past dynasties was analyzed to clarify the principle of prescription preparation.Then,through sorting out and analyzing the clinical medical records of the tutor,summarize the experience of clinical prescription of Banxia Xiexin Decoction to improve the clinical efficacy.Method:This study collected 115 clinical cases of Banxia Xiexin Decoction used by Professor Gao Jianzhong.The data were entered into Excel table.The statistics were made on gender,age,symptoms,tongue,pulse and medication of the medical records,and the experience of clinical prescription of Banxia Xiexin Decoction was explored.Result:1.Basic situation: Through the analysis of data,we found that:(1)35.65% of males,64.35% of females and 1.8:1 of males and females;and(2)the main age of onset is 30-69 years old,accounting for 85.22% of the total,with the majority of the elderly.2.Distribution of symptoms: After data collection,symptoms mainly concentrated in the digestive system.The top five symptoms were epigastric discomfort(24.27%),pantothenic acid(16.67%),constipation(9.87%),indigestion(8.25%)and diarrhea(7.93%),followed by respiratory symptoms(8.9%)and nervous system symptoms(8.08%).3.Tongue pulse situation: 115 medical cases were sorted out and found that: the tongue was mainly dim,accounting for 33.56%;the tongue was dark red,accounting for 32.21%;the tongue coating was mainly white(48.32%)and delicate(39.93%);the single pulse was mainly slow,accounting for 26.51%;the complex pulse was mainly slow,accounting for 32.55%.4.Drug use: Among the main drugs,Pinellia ternata,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis and dried ginger were the main ones,followed by roasted licorice and Codonopsis pilosula.Clinical often according to patients tongue coating,remove Codonopsis pilosula or roasted licorice.Among the additions and subtractions,the top five drugs were fried chicken inner gold(14.55%),Fructus aurantii Immaturus(13.51%),Atractylodes macrocephala(13.39%),Fructus crocus(9.35%)and orange peel(9.24%).In terms of dosage,the commonly used dosage of fried chicken Neijin is 15 grams,the commonly used dosage of Fructus Aurantii is 9 grams,and the commonly used dosage of raw Atractylodes macrocephala is 15 grams.5.Distribution of diseases: In TCM,the main diseases were fullness(35.65%),stomachache(20%)and pantothenic acid(8.69%).In western medicine,chronic gastritis(33.04%),functional dyspepsia(20.87%),peptic ulcer(13.04%)and reflux disease(9.57%)were the main diseases.Conclusion:The following conclusions can be drawn by sorting out and analyzing the medical cases of the tutor's clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction:(1)The indications of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in clinical application are as follows: the main symptoms are "under the heart",such as stomachache,stomach acid,stomach distention,gastric rubella,etc.In the face of diseases without subcardiac symptoms,such as aphtha,pharyngeal discomfort,insomnia and so on,the aim is to restore the rise and fall of the medium-coke gas machine.Pinellia Xiexin Decoction can be used in combination with pale or dark red tongue,white or greasy tongue coating.If the patient's tongue coating is thin and white,the whole prescription can be used;if the patient's tongue coating is too greasy,the dosage of ginseng and grass can be adjusted or removed without use.(2)Use the United prescription group,the primary and secondary treatment is distinct.It not only expands the scope of the prescription,but also helps to improve the clinical efficacy.(3)Addition and subtraction of medication: the main use of raw Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus aurantii and fried chicken gold,is the use of Zhizhu pills,often combined with whether the patient's stool is smooth,appropriate addition and subtraction.If the stool is not smooth,the dosage of raw Atractylodes macrocephala is usually 30 grams,so as to increase the power of transporting the spleen of Atractylodes macrocephala;if the stool is sparse,Magnolia officinalis and Citrus peel can be used together to take the meaning of "Pingweisan".The use of Banxia Xiexin Decoction is effective only when the basic pathogenesis of the disorder of coke-gas mechanism is grasped and the syndrome is added or subtracted.
