| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and western medicine therapy in the treatment of sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, the average hearing threshold and accompanying symptoms(tinnitus, vertigo)of patients before and after electroacupuncture combined with western medicine group and western medicine group Comparison of observations and Hamilton anxiety scores to explore a more effective way to treat sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Method:This study selected 60 patients with sudden stagnation of blood stasis and sudden deafness who were hospitalized in the Acupuncture Department of Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2017 to December 2018.According to the principle of randomized control, the electroacupuncture combined with western medicine group(treatment group)and western medicine group(control group),30 cases in each group, the control group took acute phase(7 days)patients with oral prednisone tablets for shock therapy(Each time 30 mg,once a day),with oral mecobalamin tablets(0.5mg each time,3 times a day),flunarizine hydrochloride capsules(10mg each time,8:00 every night)and intravenous drip Ginaton injection(35 mg each time, once a day),alprostadil injection(10 μg each time, once a day). The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group(acupoints: affected side ear, hearing palace, hearing, hurricane, bilateral cervical ridge(C2,C3,C4),middle sputum, blood sea,Taichong, foot sputum),Once a day,30 minutes each time, the two groups were treated for 7 days for a total of 2 courses. The pure tone auditory thresholds were observed before and after treatment. The average hearing threshold and Hamilton anxiety scores of the two groups were compared. The clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis was evaluated. The clinical efficacy of its accompanying symptoms(tinnitus, vertigo)improved, and SPSS22.0 was used to statistically analyze the relevant indicators for efficacy evaluation.Result:1.After the end of treatment, the average hearing threshold of both groups improved, but the mean hearing threshold of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and simple Western medicine therapy has curative effect on improving the average hearing threshold of patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, but electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy is more effective than western medicine.2.In terms of clinical efficacy, after treatment, the total effective rate of sudden deafness in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of sudden deafness in the control group was 63.33%.The results of the two groups were statistically different.P<0.05),suggesting that electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and western medicine therapy are effective in improving the therapeutic effect of deafness, but electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy is more effective than western medicine therapy alone;treatment group and control group have sudden qi stagnation and blood stasis type The tinnitus and dizziness of patients with deafness improved, but the concomitant symptoms(tinnitus, dizziness)of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),suggesting that electroacupuncture combined with western medicine and western medicine alone It can effectively improve tinnitus and dizziness in patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, but there is no significant difference between the two groups.3.After the end of treatment, the anxiety of both groups improved, but the anxiety scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that electroacupuncture combined with western medicine and western medicine alone Therapy can effectively improve the anxiety of patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, but the electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy is more effective than western medicine in improving the anxiety of patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Conclusions:1.Electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and western medicine therapy can effectively treat sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, but electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy is more effective than western medicine.2.Electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and simple western medicine therapy can effectively improve the average hearing threshold of patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, but electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy is more effective than western medicine.3.Electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and simple western medicine therapy can effectively improve the accompanying symptoms of patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis. There was no significant difference between the two groups.4.Electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy and simple western medicine therapy can improve the anxiety of patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis, but electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy can improve the patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis. The effect is more pronounced in anxiety. |
