Objective: Clinical study on the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.To evaluate the effect of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory indexes and DIC indexes in the treatment of elderly CAP,and it also provides new ideas for the treatment of CAP in the elderly.Methods: The period of this study was from September 2017 to February2019,and the data were collected from the elderly patients with CAP in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Geriatrics and Emergency Department of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM/Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 elderly patients with CAP were finally included.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group for 7 days.TCM syndrome points,inflammatory indexes and DIC indicators of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 93.33% after treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the total scores of TCM syndromes,main symptoms(cough,sputum,cyanosis of lips,chest tightness and chest pain)between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.There were significant differences in N%,CRP,PCT,FIB and D-D between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,and the safety was evaluated as level 1.Conclusion: The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score,inflammatory indexes and DIC indexes of elderly CAP patients,with less adverse reactions and higher safety. |
