But every year because of occupation disease harm caused direct economic losses of up to 100 billion yuan, more, therefore, strengthening the research on analysis and Control Countermeasures of occupation disease harm of coal mine is a very important topic.This article through the literature material of occupation disease status of coal industry of our country has carried on the preliminary analysis, using on-site investigation on China's Shenhua Group, Shenhua Group coal mine of a 2400000 t/a of a 600000 t/a mine, a private joint-stock company 300000 t/a mine coal mining process, tunneling process(coal roadway tunneling working face, coal tunnel blasting driving face, rock drift excavating working face)and auxiliary production system(mine coal preparation plant, workshop, large machinery and equipment) to identify major occupation disease harm factors. Combined with the mine production process and based on the analysis of the above working face occupation disease harm factors identification. According to the coal mine production process and functions of the unit division, focusing on the division of the unit using the work condition risk analysis method and the method of fault tree analysis of occupation disease harm factors were analyzed. Through the analysis of the results for the dust(coal working face, heading the flour dust, other underground locations), chemistry, physics, harmful factors and harmful factors of underground adverse climatic conditions and put forward control measures and technology control measures and management aspects of the corresponding.Based on the identification and analysis of main occupation disease harm of coal mine,coal mine enterprise as long as the production process should adopt different management and technical measures of the corresponding occupation disease prevention, occupation disease harm of coal mine can be controlled in an acceptable range.
