The Clinical Study Of Shumian Jieyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type With Anxiety And Depression

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of shumian jieyu decoction on treating insomnia with anxiety and depression due to liver depression and qi stagnation,and to evaluate its safety,in order to offer a more all-round study bottom for the therapy of insomnia with anxiety-depression.Ways:This study collected 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and ward department of neurology of the primary accessory hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020,and stochastic assortment them into therapy set(traditional Chinese medicine group)and control group(western medicine group),each with 30 patients.The control group was given 3mg/ tablet of dzoopicone orally,and 1 tablet before bed.The therapeutics group added shumianjieyu Decoction on the basis of the control group,1 dose a day,morning and evening,200 ml each time.Consequence:(1)Comparison among the two sets of normal information,PSQI mark,TCM syn drome,HAMA and HAMD before therapeutics,P>0.05,no statistical significance,comparable.(2)After therapeutics,the total effective frank of the two groups were 90.00% and 76.67% respectively,and there was significant discrimination among the two sets(P < 0.05).(3)After the treatment,the marks of PSQI,TCM syndrome,HAMA,HAMD,insomnia graveness and multi-dimensional fatigue fraction in the two sets were lower than those before the therapeutics.The P value of each grades was less than 0.01 in the set,and the curative of the treatment set was better than that of the control set(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion1.Shumian jieyu decoction can decrease the mark of sleep card,TCM syndrome gauge,anxiety-depression,ISI,MFI-20 grades of patients with liver depression and qi stagnation insomnia with anxiety and depression;2.Shumianjieyu decoction can boost the quality and efficiency of sleep,elevate the TCM syndromes,ease fatigue,anxiety and depression of insomnia patients,and its clinical result is better than that of the control set;3.Shumian jieyu decoction in the theraprtuics of liver stagnation insomnia with anxiety and depression in patients with mild effect,and high security,non-toxic side effects,it is worthy of clinical to extend.
