Clinical Effect Analysis Of 24 Cases Of Rhytidectomy

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of 24 cases of facial cases of rhytidectomy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 24 cases of facial rhytidectomy performed by Prof.Shaolin Ma from January 2003 to October 2019,including 21 females and 3 males,aged 40 to 69 years,with an average age of 59.0 years.Fifteen patients were treated simply with mid-and-upper face rhytidectomy,5 cases were treated with simple mid-and-lower face rhytidectomy,and 4 cases were treated with complete rhytidectomy.According to the WSRS score sheet,two non-surgical surgeons evaluated the most obvious wrinkles on the subject’s face preoperative and postoperative,and followed up by expert outpatient consultation,telephone,and WeChat.The occurrence of postoperative complications was also calculated.Results: Totally 24 cases in this study,18 cases were followed up for 2to 24 months.The postoperative effect was obvious.In all cases,wrinkles caused by facial aging basically disappeared,aging,sagging skin and soft tissues were lifted up tightly,and the anatomical landmarks were restored to a younger position,such as increased eyebrow spacing,increased eyebrow-eye spacing,and shallow nasolabial fold.Facial appearance was significantly younger without serious complications.Conclusion:In recent years,various methods of facial rejuvenation have emerged endlessly.Especially in recent years,minimally invasive surgery has been widely carried out,but it is difficult to solve the problems faced by elderly and moderately severe facial aging patients.However,the retidectomy technique has a wide range of layers and layers,fine anatomical operation,and relatively wide field of vision.It can achieve multi-level and multi-vector improvement,and can remove redundant skin.The accumulation of skin and unevenness of the face,and the long-lasting and reliable effect of lifting the face still occupy an important position.Therefore,rhytidectomy is still anindispensable and effective treatment with the longest duration.The surgeon is further required to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each rhytidectomy,and combine the needs of the patient and the effect to be achieved,and consider the age,skin condition,facial shape,and facial integrity to determine the specific surgical procedure to ensure that the subjects use the best facial lifting method.
