Objective:To explore the effect of Tongluo recipe on OGG1,SOD,ROS levels of diabetic kidney disease patients with Yin deficiency and stasis heat type.Methods:A total of 51 diabetic kidney disease patients,including 30 males and 21 females,were selected to set up the self-control group.Eleven of them with diabetic disease patients stage I and stage Ⅱ were divided into diabetic disease patients asymptomatic group.Twenty of them with diabetic disease patients stage Ⅲ were divided into early diabetic disease patients group and the rest twenty with diabetic disease patients stage Ⅳ were divided into clinical diabetic disease patients group.On the basis of treatments like lifestyle intervention,blood glucose control,blood pressure control and correction of dyslipidemia,we added Tongluo recipe to the treatment for ninety days.Renal function indexes,oxidative stress indexes,inflammatory indexes,blood glucose related indexes,safety indexes and score of symptoms were collected and compared before and after treatment.Renal function indexes include Serum creatinine,24 hours urinary protein quantity,urinary microalbumin and urinary NAG enzyme.Oxidative stress indexes include OGG1,SOD and ROS.Inflammatory indexes include TNF-α and hs-CRP.Blood glucose related indexes include FPG and HbAlc.The effects of Tongluo recipe on OGG1,SOD,ROS and symptom scores were observed with priority.Results:The OGG1 levels of the three groups were 276.60±39.50,408.15 ± 60.05 and 541.44 ±136.76 pg/ml respectively,which increase with the progression of diabetic nephropathy(P<0.05).SOD levels were 119.34 ± 2.27,110.21±4.32 and 101.21± 5.13 nu/ml respectively,which decrease with the progression of diabetic nephropathy(P<0.05).ROS levels were 367.12± 11.35,455.31 ± 7.25 and 503.05 ± 8.71 U/ml,which increase with the progression of diabetic nephropathy(P<0.05).After treatment with Tongluo recipe,the OGG1 levels of the three groups of diabetic disease patients patients were 36.25 ± 10.35,41.41 ± 14.79,72.77 ± 82.2 pg/ml,significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SOD levels were 121.21 ±2.60,119.24 ± 2.89,117 ± 7.14 Nu/ml respectively,which were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),ROS levels were 311.13 ± 10.65,404.79 ± 8.52 and 429 ± 9.22,lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of Tongluo recipe on three groups was 100%,90%,75%(P>0.05),and the total effective rate was 86.27%.Conclusion:The levels of OGG1 and ROS in diabetic disease patients patients increased with the progress of the course of the disease,while the levels of SOD decreased with the progress of the course of the disease.After the treatment of Tongluo recipe,the levels of OGG1 and ROS in diabetic disease patients patients decreased significantly,while the level of SOD increased significantly.At the same time,Tongluo recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic disease patients patients with deficiency,blood stasis and heat,which has a certain value of clinical continuous research.
