Research On Evaluation Model Of Urban And Rural Residents' Medical Insurance Satisfaction In Shanghai

The differentiation of urban and rural residents' medical insurance policies and unequal medical opportunities have affected the healthy development of China's medical insurance industry.In 2016,the State Council issued the "Opinions on the Integration of Urban and Rural Residents' Medical Insurance",which clearly called for the integration of urban residents' medical insurance and the new rural cooperative medical system,and gradually established and promoted a unified urban and rural residents' medical insurance system.At present,most cities in the country have realized the integration of urban and rural medical insurance.In order to better understand the implementation and satisfactory results of urban and rural residents' medical insurance,a reasonable and effective evaluation system needs to be constructed to study the satisfaction of urban and rural residents.However,most of the existing researches examine public satisfaction from a single perspective of medical insurance,such as medical institution services,medical insurance agencies,etc.,and there are few studies from multiple dimensions.This article first investigates and analyzes the existing medical insurance policyholders' satisfaction and the index system of influencing factors for the evaluation of the basic medical insurance system,and systematically analyzes the influencing factors of urban and rural residents' medical insurance policyholders' satisfaction.Based on the structural equation model,fully consider the characteristics of the urban and rural residents' medical insurance system after integration.Based on the data obtained from the actual research,use AMOS software to analyze the factors that affect the urban and rural residents' medical insurance after integration.Summarize and explain personnel satisfaction.Secondly,according to the influential factors affecting the satisfaction of urban and rural residents 'medical insurance obtained from the analysis of structural equations,a satisfaction evaluation system for urban and rural residents' medical insurance insurers was constructed,and the path coefficient of the influential factors of satisfaction of insureds was the weight coefficient of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Therefore,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to study the satisfaction degree of urban and rural residents' medical insurance participants,and it is concluded that the insurance participants' satisfaction with urban and rural residents' medical insurance is between the general and relatively satisfactory levels,which is at the upper-middle level.Finally,based on the results of the structural equation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis of the satisfaction of urban and rural residents 'medical insurance participants,the four-part map model is used to divide the four major influencing factors of the satisfaction of urban and rural residents' medical insurance participants into four points.region.And based on the results of the quadrant graph,combined with the importance of the observed variables of each influencing factor,the latent variables are analyzed,and targeted strategies and methods are proposed for each influencing factor,so as to improve the satisfaction of urban and rural residents' medical insurance participants.purpose.
