Urban And Rural Residents Basic Medical Insurance Satisfaction Evaluation Research

In recent years,to push the construction of urban and rural social security system in our country,built for medical insurance system covering both urban and rural residents,in January 2016,the state council issued "on the opinions of the integration of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance system,and proposed to integrate the basic medical insurance for urban residents and the two new type of rural cooperative medical care system,establish a unified urban and rural residents basic medical insurance system.Policy but because the time is short,consolidated insurance of primary medical treatment can not fully meet the requirements of ginseng protect people,some problems in the operation process,there are still need to improve.Because the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents has not been fully implemented in the country,the research on this policy is less,most scholars are unilateral aspects of the new rural cooperative medical insurance.This paper studies the attitudes and satisfaction tendency of the insured people to this policy by studying the specific implementation of Zouping County in the study of the satisfaction degree of the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign satisfaction and the research results of medical insurance system,this study has formulated the evaluation index system of the basic medical insurance system of urban and rural residents in Zouping County,and formulated the evaluation index system of the satisfaction degree of insured,mainly divided into medical insurance system,fixed point Hospital and health insurance agencies,and designed the questionnaire according to the combination of theoretical research and empirical research.The survey data were obtained through questionnaires,and the satisfaction of the insured people on the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents was analyzed.Level,to explore the factors that affect satisfaction.After analyzing the data of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the insured people in Zouping County are satisfied with the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in general.The three dimensions have significant influence on the overall satisfaction,and the influence coefficient of the designated hospitals on the overall satisfaction maximum.The gender,educational level,occupation and monthly income of the insured are not significantly affected by the overall satisfaction.The results showed that there were two types of satisfaction factors,such as two-way referral,reasonable examination of medication,supervision of designated hospitals,treatment facilities,service attitude,compound payment method,individual payment standard,policy propaganda,reimbursement procedures,reimbursement Proportion of 10 factors.According to the results of statistical analysis,combined with the actual situation of Zouping County,the insured people are not satisfied with the factors mainly concentrated in the medical insurance treatment,two-way referral procedures,reasonable examination of medication,policy advocacy and supervision of designated hospitals,etc.Dissatisfied factors put forward targeted policy recommendations.
