| Large public hospitals play an important role in ensuring people’s life safety and maintaining social harmony and stability.Large public hospitals have a wide range of medical services,daily flow of people and large number of outpatient services,which pose a huge challenge to hospital logistics management.In order to improve the performance of hospital logistics management,it is necessary to evaluate it scientifically in daily work,find out the problems and deficiencies in the work,so as to solve the corresponding problems.In this paper,the research status at home and abroad is reviewed from three aspects of hospital logistics management,logistics management performance evaluation,ANP evaluation,etc.,and it is concluded that the establishment of large-scale public hospital logistics management performance evaluation through ANP model is innovative.On this basis,this paper first defines the concept and characteristics of large public hospitals and hospital logistics management,and defines the connotation and extension of this paper.Secondly,under the guidance of the five principles of people-oriented,systematic,operable,representative and dynamic,a large-scale public hospital after service management performance evaluation index system including three first-class indexes,12 second-class indexes and 36 third-class indexes is established by combining literature research and expert interviews.Thirdly,select the network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)to calculate the specific weight of each level of indicators,select the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model of public hospital logistics management,and analyze and evaluate the performance evaluation level of large public hospital logistics management.Finally,taking CY hospital as an example,this paper evaluates its logistics management performance level and draws a conclusion that the logistics management level of the hospital is "good".Aiming at the problems existing in the logistics management of CY hospital,this paper focuses on strengthening the organizational culture construction of the logistics management of the hospital,strengthening the human resource management of the logistics of the hospital,promoting the economic benefit accounting of the logistics management of the hospital,and promoting the logistics management of the hospital The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the following five aspects: information construction and improving the socialized management system of hospital logistics.There is a long way to go to improve the level of logistics management in large public hospitals.This paper will continue to carry out more in-depth research on the shortcomings and problems in the research,and strive to promote the level of logistics management in large public hospitals. |
