In teaching Chinese to Korean students,teachers and textbooks have not attached enough importance to the “Degree Adverb+You(?)+NP” structure.Therefore,Korean students perform in a weak way when confronted with the structure and relevant expressions,leading to errors such as misusage of degree adverbs,omission of “You(?)”,incorrect choice of NP and so on.This paper develops an analysis based on collected corpus resource about semantics and pragmatics.Results of the study indicate several factors for mistakes,which mainly include non-equivalence of degree adverbs between Chinese and Korean,the lack of use of “You(?)” as degree,and choice of nouns due to different noun systems.This paper then propose a few suggestions to improve the situation of teaching the “Degree Adverb+You(?)+NP” structure.Contents of this paper can be divided into:The first part introduces the background of the topic,current research situation,development and significance of this study,corpus source and relevant illustrations;The second part lists four error types,namely omission,redundancy,misusage and mis-sequence,which occur in Korean students' acquiring “a Degree Adverb+You(?)+NP” structures,with misusage being the most obvious and omission the second;The third part focuses on the contrastive analysis of the structure difference between Korean and Chinese to form a reasonable explanation for errors;The fourth part bases on teaching situations and offers suggestions for basic knowledge,contrastive induction teaching and teaching contents.Conclusion: Based on the analysis of error cases,it is concluded that Korean students commit mistakes on the“Degree Adverb+You(?)+NP” structure for reasons including misusage,omission and so on.To tackle these problems,teachers should constructively explain the parts of degree verbs,“You(?)” and NP combining with a good mastery of the sentence structure.Under this circumstance,it is highly possible for teachers to devise feasible teaching methods and improve teaching efficiency.
