Reform and opening up has provided an extremely broad market for the liberation of China's rural labor force. It cannot be denied that when sharing the dividends of urban reform, many children who are separated from their parents and stayed in rural areas have been traumatized in different depths because of the long-term lack of timely care and guidance from their parents. Most of them have been in a state of self-enclosement for a long time.Depressed, suspicious and lonely have seriously affected their physical and mental health. To face up to this social phenomenon and actively explore and solve this problem has become a topic of common concern to all sectors of society.Group music therapy interferes with the loneliness of left-behind children through a variety of music activities that are easy and enjoyable. It is a new exploration that emerges under this social background and social needs.Group music therapy highlights the participatory, effective and collective nature of the activity process and strengthens the intervention effect on left-behind children's loneliness. In order to better explore the special laws and special effects of group music therapy on the loneliness of left-behind children, the author chooses the tone piano as the main intervention method, and uses the Loneliness Scale(CLS)to Sanhui Town,Qu County,Dazhou City,Sichuan Province.146 students from D Elementary School measured loneliness and screened 32 left-behind children with higher degree of loneliness. They were randomly divided into groups of 16 in the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given a one-month music therapy intervention.Activities, the final test of 32 subjects, through the comparison and analysis of the loneliness data before and after, the results are as follows:First, the proportion of left-behind children in poor mountainous areas is relatively large, accounting for about 35% of the total. The degree of loneliness is mostly light, normal distribution, and there is no significant difference in gender.Second, the sense of loneliness after group music treatment was significantly relieved;the effect of intervention was better than that of girls;and the role of bothparents working outside the home, the longer the parents worked, and the many left-behind children of the sisters became more apparent.Thirdly, the music group treatment plan designed by the author is simple and effective, and explores a program to effectively interfere with the loneliness of left-behind children, and expands the application scope of music therapy.Fourth, this study applied the new idea and new method of the tone piano as the treatment method, and incorporated the form of participatory music therapy, which enhanced the long-term effect of the intervention effect. The empirical evaluation shows that the tone piano has formed a sustained and stable self-healing effect on loneliness.Even after the expectation, the left-behind children can still use the tone piano to express their emotions and become a long-term psychological partner.
