Research On Group Work Intervention Of Social Adaptation Of The Elderly In " Village To Residence" Community

With the increasing speed of new urbanization in our country,a new type of community—— " village-to-residence" community has emerged in recent years.With the development of society,more and more " village-to-residence" communities have appeared in front of us.The " village-to-residence" community is the product of the dual structure of urban and rural areas in our country.The " village-to-residence" community is to withdraw the village and build the residence under the leadership of the government,and to change the governance mode while changing from the villagers' identity to the residents' identity.With the great changes in life style and living style,a large number of people are unable to adapt to the current life,unable to get out of the original life,and face a series of social adaptation problems,which make them at a loss.In this process,especially the elderly are deeply influenced by China's thought of moving back and forth.As a vulnerable group,they face great challenges in terms of physical,psychological and social adaptation.Therefore,how to improve the social adaptability of the elderly in the "village-to-residence" community and how to enhance their survival ability is a realistic problem worthy of attention.Guided by the theory of empowerment and the perspective of superiority,this paper investigates the living environment adaptation,social communication adaptation and psychological identity adaptation of the elderly in Z "village-to-residence" community by means of interviews and observation.On the basis of this investigation,the author analyzed their current problems,summarized the causes of the problems,further analyzed the advantages of using group work methods to intervene in the social adaptation of the elderly in the " village-to-residence" community,and demonstrated the applicability of group work methods in solving the physiological and psychological aspects of social adaptation of the elderly in the "village-to-residence" community.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the elderly,and targeted design of the group activity plan,combined with Z "village to live" community recruitment team members,group activities.Finally,combining with practical experience,while evaluating and summarizing the practice,we deeply reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of group work in intervening the social adaptation of the elderly in the " village-to-residence" community,so as to provide reference for the future social adaptation research of the elderly in the "village-to-residence" community.
