Table tennis project is across the network to fight the project,although there is no direct physical confrontation.But in 2000 after the three major reforms and in 2014 table tennis will be changed to Lu Lu material plastic material,so put the table tennis ball slower.This pair of table tennis players have higher physical requirements.In addition,the sports colleges and universities table tennis professional students have a certain table tennis foundation.They are the backbone of the future of physical education teachers.Strength training is not only conducive to the improvement of their own technology,but also to learn table tennis strength training related training methods for the future of sports education in the work to lay the foundation.This study will traditional strength training and modern power new means of training into table tennis strength training,through the vertical and horizontal comparative analysis,to study the effect of the two kinds of strength training means the students table tennis technical indicators,as well as the relationship between them,finding out for school sports education professional table tennis sports college students in strength training,which is the most effective means and methods of training in colleges and universities sports teaching of table tennis and providing a scientific reference.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,selection of 24 students from Shandong Institute of physical education sports education professional table tennis team,according to random sampling method and the use of randomized,divided into the control group and the experimental group.The selection of student's bodily shape and some ping-pong balls' evaluation index were analyzed,then the control group and the experimental group showed no significant difference.Two groups of students in the table tennis special training combined with their own technology to develop the same training content,the control group to take the traditional strength of the training methods,the experimental group to take the new training methods of modern strength training methods.After 27 weeks of training,the two groups were tested for strength and table tennis indicators,and statistical analysisof the measured data,the results are as follows:(1):In the experimental group,the general strength quality index in leapfrog average number by 50.42 increased to 52.5,squat average number increased from 11.75 to13.58,push up average 37.25 increased to 39.58,bench press average of 22.50 to24.42,sit ups average 30.17 increased to 33.92,back average 2.567 to 29.33;Table tennis special strength index in table tennis table 55.33 s to touch 49.50 s,hand to throw 15.92 m increased to 20.25 m,smash 36 increased to 40.50,improve the squat side sliding 43.75 s to 39.25 s,33.08 forearm flexion weight-bearing fast increased to35.25,average 45.33 increase of the wrist force 48 evaluation index;basic techniques of table tennis forehand in continuous force to attack the ball from an average of 87 to92.75,a continuous force to attack the ball 61.67 to 67.50 forehand backspin 36.42,increased to 41.08,29.75 underspin backhand pull increased to 34.50,push attack technology increases 40.08 44.67,push-side-on 15.83 to 21.33.(2):The general power quality index in the control group leapfrog average number increased from 49.83 to 54.67,squat average number increased from 11.25 to 16,with an average of 37.25 push ups increased to 42.83,an average of 22.33 to 26.67 bench,sit up an average of 29.17 increased to 34,up an average of 24.92 to 28.92;table tennis special strength quality in table tennis table 53.83 s touch index increased to51.42 s,hand to throw 16.75 m increased to 18.50 m,smash 36.33 increased to 38.50,improve the squat side sliding 44.00 s to 42.33 s,weight-bearing fast flexion 33 forearm wrist strength increased to 37.25,average 45.25 increase 49.83;evaluation index in table tennis in the forehand continuous force to attack the ball from an average of 85.92 to 91.08,a continuous force to attack the ball 61 to 66.58,a 37.42 increase forehand backspin Added to 39.92,Backhand Attacking backspin 32.00 increased to 33.92,left push right attack technology 39.33 increased to 41.75,push-side-throws technology 17.08 increased to 19.50.The research conclusions are as follows:1,Modern strength training methods and the traditional training method to jointly improve the larger general strength index of sit ups,special strength index a smash,the basic table tennis skills a backhand continuous force to attack the ball,theseindicators in the index to improve the fastest,modern strength training method and traditional strength training methods of these three indicators most obvious effect,improve the effect is better.2,Modern strength training method can improve the table tennis professional students of the body of the power quality,but on the strength of quality improving effect is not obvious,and basic technology of table tennis professional students' special strength greater,so it can be as the main means of table tennis special strength training.3,The traditional strength training can also improve the table tennis professional students of the body of the power quality,but can also effectively improve general strength quality,special strength quality and basic technology of improving slightly less,so it can be as the main means of general strength training.4,Modern strength training method and traditional strength training methods of basic table tennis skills are slightly raised,but to a lesser extent,so for table tennis professional students,strength training is regarded as one of the basic techniques of Table Tennis Foundation and support,basic table tennis skills can not be greatly improved.
