Although Yining is a multi-ethnic and multi-lingual area,the teachers and students of all nations study and pursue development on a relatively enclosed campus.Since 2010,with an attempt to improve the social adaptability and bilingual capacity of students of minorities and to enhance the communication and integration among the teachers and students of all nations,the government of Yining municipal has accelerated development of the schools for Han and minority nations,which has resulted in the remarkably increasing the schools for Han and minority nations,basically forming the atmosphere of mutual learning and assisting in a multi-culture,majorly enhance the mutual understanding each other's customs,culture and value systems,all-roundly deepening the integration among teachers and students of all nations.However,many factors are still worth our studying in such schools: whether The schools for Han and minority nationalities attract teachers so much;whether the teachers attract each other so much or satisfy the schools so much,the efficiency of the merged schools need to be improved,and the key to solve all the problems is to improve the group cohesion of the teachers in the schools for Han and minority nations.It is universally acknowledged that teacher are the soul of school education and the foundation of the school's existence as well as the core of the school development,and it has been taking a crucial influence on the students' knowledge-acquiring,individuality-developing and personality-forming etc.Teachers cohesion are to support the construction of teacher teams,to ensure the development of teacher's teams and reflect the teachers' consistency and persistence in achieving a goal of their school,and the power of the teachers' group cohesion exerts a strong boost in developing and becoming bigger of teacher teams in the process of self-improvement and advancement.Therefore,to strengthen the group cohesion of the teacher in the schools for Han and minority nations play a pivotal role in improving the students' studying ability and the teaching quality and competing capacity of such schools.The thesis,with the study object of the group cohesion of the teachers in the four schools for Han and minority nations in Yining,analyzes the detailed influences on the teachers' group cohesion from the satisfaction degree of the teachers from all nations to the schools for Han and minority nations,the attractions among the teachers from all nations and to them from such schools by investigating and interviewing some teachers in such four schools in Yining city along with descriptive counting and distinctive analyzing by the statistics software of SPSS19.0.It is found that there is a relative strong cohesion of teachers in the schools for Han and minority nations as a whole but with such factors unsatisfied as rules and regulations,emotional care,material encouragement,talents' display and interest distributing;the teachers attract each so much for they enjoy a identity of mutual culture,customs,habits and valueattitudes so high to communicate and coordinate and even to trust,tolerate and assist each,but suffer a low identity of mutual working capacity and attitude which takes a negative effect on attracting each other,last but not the least,all the teacher are satisfied with their school but too dissatisfied with the annual assessment,performance evaluation system,promotion system of post and professional ranks,campus cultural atmosphere,welfare and so on.What's more,this thesis,by checking some documents and interviewing some teachers and managerial staff,also analyzes two factors intervening in the teachers' group cohesion in the schools for Han and minority nations which are internal factors and external factors.And the internal factors include the factors of leaders,organization and the individual teacher and the external factor include the social position,renown and the external circumstances of the schools.Thus according to the problems,this thesis provides some efficient strategies from three dimensions of schools,teachers and external circumstances,which are to establish and perfect all the encouragement rules and regulations,to distribute all the interests in a completely fair way,to strengthen the construction of campus culture,to built a common faith of the teachers in such schools with a proactive approach,to improve the identity of the teacher of all nations and to create a fine external environment with a final end to form a harmonious relationship among the teachers of different nations and even enhance the real integration of the ethnic teachers thus to improve the managerial efficiency along with the external competitive power of the schools and eventually to boost to form a new ethnic relationship of Friendly and harmonious even consequently realize common prosperity and progress.
