Analysis On The Current Situation Of Group Cohesion Of U-19 Men's Football Team In China

Group cohesion can be used as an indicator of group team spirit,and its main function is to enhance the security and self-confidence of group members,which can improve job performance very well.The research results of scholars at home and abroad show that cohesion plays an important role in the achievement of sports teams and the training of techniques and tactics.Because the cohesion is multi-dimensional and has a great relationship with sports events,the relationship between the level of cohesion and the performance of sports teams will show different results under different influencing factors and conditions.Football is a collective sport Moving project,it requires that each player can cooperate with the tacit understanding,its sports performance and cohesion have a close relationship.U19men's football team is in a crucial period,it is responsible for the club reserve team,first team to provide high-level football players.At present,there is little research on the cohesion of football youth echelon team,and the research on the group cohesion of Chinese U19 men's football team has not been seen.This paper studies the use of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and induction,and takes the 18 teams participating in the U-19 Youth Super League in 2019 as the survey object,and takes the ? group environment questionnaire ?,the ? coach questionnaire to investigate and study the current situation of men's football cohesion level.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)The level of cohesion of U-19 men's football in China is uneven,and there is a certain gap with other adult sports teams.(2)The players in different field positions generally score relatively higher in terms of task cohesion than in terms of communication cohesion;there are significant differences task cohesion between forward and defender,goalkeeper and avantgarde.(3)The number of players who have been in teams for 5-8 years is higher than the number of players who have been in teams for 1-4 years cohesion and task cohesion.(4)The level of communication cohesion and task cohesion of the main players is higher than that of the substitute players;there is no significant difference in task cohesionbetween the main players and the substitute players,but there is significant difference in communication cohesion.(5)There is a high degree of consistency between the performance of the competition and the level of cohesion,and the teams with higher scores in terms of communication cohesion and task cohesion have a tendency to move forward in the ranking of the results.Based on the research of this paper U-19 the present situation of group cohesion of men's football team is obtained,and the related factors and basic characteristics of cohesion level are analyzed.According to the relevant books and the suggestions of football coaches and football experts of the club,constructive suggestions are put forward on the construction and method of group cohesion.
