Sanda is one of the Chinese martial arts,is a high intensity of the antagonistic sports,physical quality of sports skills and competition performance plays a key role.Core strength training is a kind of training for the core muscles of the human body,which can enhance the strength,stability and balance of the core muscles.In some developed countries in the west,core strength training has always been regarded as the top priority of physical training,especially in high-level sports,core strength training has always been a systematic and long-term training method and means.It is particularly important to introduce the core strength training method into sanda to try to improve the training effect.In this study,the methods of literature review,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used to apply the core strength training to the sanda project,and the influence of the core strength training on the sanda competitive level was discussed.Experiments to jiangxi normal university of science and technology 2015,grade 2016 sanda specialise in the 30 students as experimental objects,divided into 2 groups,each group of 15 people,respectively,the experimental group and control group,experimental group using the core strength training method,the control group with traditional training method,through expert interviews to determine the reaction of sanda athletes can athletic skill and indicators,athletic and after the experiment to the students' sports skill,this paper compares and analyzes get the following conclusions and recommendations:Conclusions:(1)through eight weeks of training,the sports quality on both the experimental group and control group in improving,but in the experimental group and control group after experimental contrast,sensitivity test index of the experimental group 30 s changing to the slide number,movement speed test index of20 s strike(test,endurance test index 1 min players,1 min strike(the number of times and the experimental group compared with very significant difference,that the core strength training to the student the stamina,agility and speed of the traditional promotion effect is better than that of general strength training.(2)by comparison within the group,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the comparison between vertical and horizontal thrust of the test indicators of flexibility and the maximum strength,but the control group was still higher than the experimental group in terms of the improved data,indicating that the core strength was inferior to the conventional strength training in terms of flexibility and maximum strength.(3)through 8 weeks of training,the students' sports skills,the experimental group movement skills have improved,with significant difference,the control group in addition to the combination of fist ascension has significant test indicators,other all don't have significant difference,the experimental group and control group after experimental contrast,in the fist leg combination test indexes and wrestling has very significant difference in the test index,the experimental group in the core strength training after the intervention,movement skill increases faster than the control group.The results showed that the core stability training greatly improved the muscle coordination ability and balance stability ability of the students,and greatly improved the sports skills of sanda.Suggestions :(1)add combined exercises of various qualities in core strength training,combine balance,coordination and strength quality,combine core strength training with traditional strength training,and maximize the improvement of sports quality and skills of sanda students.(2)increase part of core strength training can improve the flexibility quality of sanda students.For example,in the training plan,the muscle stretching and relaxation before and after training can prevent sports injury and improve the flexibility quality of students.(3)of this article research due to the time is short,to extract some of the students to do experiments,has certain representativeness,but also consider not comprehensive,still need further core strength training more scientific research and argumentation,continuous innovation,constantly to carry on the consummation to the core strength training,better use of sanda project.
