With the continuous development of the technique and tactic of Sanda, it has a high request of the athlete's fitness.Strength is the basis of speed,endurance, flexibility and sensitivity.is also the key to master the motor techniques and improve sport performance. What the coach and athlete concern with is combine the feature of Sanda to conduct expertness train, form a systematic and integral train system, in order to improve strength, physical fitness and finally improve the performance .Core strength train as a new training theory, have become more and more important in the sport world, recently years is widely used in athletics sports. core strength can enhance stability.improve strength efficiency,prevent injure,support sport technique. This article through adopt core training in strength training of sanda athletes to research the influence of core strength training to the female Sanda athletes.attempts to explore the function and significance of core strength training in Sanda strength training.Employing the methods of literature review, measurement,experimental method and quantitative analysis,this paper makes an analysis of the influence of core strength training. This experiment take the 14 female Sanda athletes of shanghai sports university as the experimental subject, and the experimental subject will divide into the experimental group and control group, each group is 7 athletes.after grouping each result carries on the examination P>0.05, there is non-significance difference between experimental group and control group. Experimental group adopt 8 weeks core strength training, control group use traditional strength training. control the experiment condition. after 8 weeks training, measure each index of athletes,and analysis the quantitative data.The results showed that:1,After 8 weeks training,from the group comparisons, the experimental group's single lime stance test and star excurision balance have a significance difference.and from the different group comparison, these two index also show significance difference. the results illustrates that core strength training can improve the stability of female Sanda athletes, and the effectiveness is better than traditional strength training.2,After experiment, the maximum force of experimental group has no obviously enhance.but, the control group has a significance difference. this explain that core strength training cannot enhance maximum force very well.the traditional strength training has a benefit to develop maximum force.3,Core strength training strengthen the control of nerve to muscles.enhance the capability of muscle group in core area.in favour of transmitting strength and exert whole strength, thus enhance the fast strength.4,After training the experimental group to reflected that the endurance strength 3 results have the significance enhance.experimental group 3 results enhance the scope to be higher than the control group to enhance the scope obviously.through various instability core strength training, can stimulate core area muscle develop, is beneficial to spare energy,improve core area endurance.5,From the comparisons between the two groups, and control group compared with the T test and choice reaction time results very significant difference, indicating the core strength training for Sanda player become a great impact to reaction capacity and sensibility, Whereas the traditional strength training to the control group before andafter have little effect on performance.
